  1. At 90 defense, it's smooth sailing for me with a bunyip. However, if I didn't have Excalibur, I run into some trouble. I'd say you'd want AT LEAST 80.
  2. Rune would get ~200k per hour. Gold would get ~110k per hour. Adamant would get ~90k per hour. Yews would get ~60-70k per hour. Lobsters would get ~80k per hour. I would personally go with gold, unless you have 85 mining.
  3. Wow...ok...so there's one similar word... I could probably find you lots of ideas with the word "Divine" in them. Does that mean I stole of all of them in my Divine Equipment idea? No. It's such a common word, anyone has the right to use it. You've proved nothing. You could only claim the above if it's completely obvious that the word was made up by you and he stole it. Like, oh I don't know, Helixweaving, or something...
  4. It's not "your" idea. You don't own the rights to it. And you don't KNOW that he copied off you. He could've came up with the idea on his own, and I believe that is what happened. And I bet thousands of people have similar ideas to yours. You don't have to right to censor them.
  5. The main problem with this is there is no legitimate way to gain EP. The only practical way would be to do it with a friend, or else everyone in pvp worlds would be at very low health and just get pjed like crazy. Jagex never intended you to "gain" EP. They made the EP system so people who went pking for a longer time would get better rewards. They did not intend for you to sit somewhere to gain potential. This is made obvious in the PvP newsposts. So with the above, it simply accomplishes the goal. The people who actually fight and pk more will get better rewards. Isn't that fair? Why not make it based on experience gained in proportion to the player's combat/total level? That way, you could gain EP by fighting monsters or skilling or even fighting players- then Skillers who are willing to put up with a little more danger can look forward to some nice loot afterwards. Imo, PvP and BH worlds are for pking and pking only. If skillers want to go there for less crowded training places, then that should be the ONLY reason why they should go there. Allowing them to gain EP is like asking for 26king. No. I believe that only pkers should be accepted in PvP worlds. While skillers are welcome to go there, they should not expect any rewards further than less crowded training.

  7. Will lower it slightly, But bare in mind its a "minority cape" I think at the moment there is < 10,000 players who CAN get it, and i think about 20-30% will actualy get it. But then i doubt they will risk in PVP as their "one item" as 3M could be spent on better stats elsewhere. 25 prayer bonus?! 20 to all attack bonuses and 20 to all defense? Stats are way too high, not even just the strength Consider that people spend millions on a zerker ring, that gives only +4 strength. Consider that the Zamorak Cloak, which is 1m last time I checked, only gives +6 prayer bonus. Consider that Bandos Chestplate is 16-17m and only gives +4 strength bonus, and has less defense than barrows. Consider that Bandos Tassets are 12m and only give +2 strength bonus, and have less defense than barrows. Consider that Verac's skirt is 100k-200k more expensive than other barrows legs and all for its +4 prayer bonus. Consider that the Fire Cape requires killing the second highest leveled monster, solo, with healers, as well as over 60 waves of monsters, and usually requiring multiple tries. For what? +11 defense, +1 attack, and +4 strength, and 2 prayer less than a trimmed skillcape. But now for only 3M, you get 20 to all attack and defense, 25 to strength and prayer? Even for the huge stat requirements, it's a no-go. You gotta tune down the stats BIG TIME.
  8. The point is to make it so people DON'T trick. That was his point. People would give up tricking because it wouldn't guaruntee a return. However, if they did base it off a percentage, it could become more massively inflated tricking. Let's say I have 500m..I decide to try tricking with my friend, losing 100m at a time. If you happened to get lucky getting the 150% of item loss value, you make a quick 50m from tricking. Kind of goes back to risk vs reward...but more so it's gambling, which I'm sure Jagex wants to stray away from(hence removing staking)... Of course, you could always add more restrictions to prevent it, but it's not really the route I would like to see them take. What if it's not based off a percentage? If you are 0 EP or 100 EP, you can still get 100% of the opponent's risk. However, the difference lies in the chance of getting that 100%. So it might be 1% at 1 EP and 50% at 100. That would make it better. So if you were tricking with a friend, you'd give up 2 hours and 2 mil to gain 1 mil.
  9. Why not plant the most profitable herb and simply buy the most cost effective herb with the money you make?
  10. The point is to make it so people DON'T trick.
  11. [bleep] you Jagex. Revert the emotes, don't mess with them more. Why? I think the emotes get better every time. For example, the dance and zombie dance emote are just awesome and the mime emotes look so much better. Old school dance emote was epic.
  12. You'll lose your SGS if you die with a Seren as well.
  13. this was all that was needed in this thread tbh \ I agree. Why isn't this the case? Imo, the best system would be: Something similar to EP, but not at all based on the time you spend in a hotspot. Your EP would go up on a basis of fighting and damage dealt to other players, as well as deaths and kill from other players (any damage/kills/deaths from NPCs do not count). Then, when you do kill someone, you can receive only as much as they were carrying, or less. The amount you receive is proportional to the EP. So the higher EP = the more likely you are to get more money. However, this reward can never go above the opponent's risked wealth. Problems solved: -You can't simply gain EP by skilling or standing around. You have to actually participate in combat. Sure you and a friend could keep attacking each other, but you can't kill each other, because then you'd get less rewards since your EP would go down. So that means you have to keep attacking each other and healing, but even then after 5 minutes anyone can PJ you. Also, since you gain EP by dying or by dealing damage, bolting and low level weapons (like bronze daggers) would not work since you do not get EP by being in combat. You have to deal damage. More damage = faster EP. So in summary: -You can only get EP by dealing damage or by dying -You can only get drops equal to, or less than, what your opponent risked. The higher EP increases your chances of getting greater rewards I think it'll work pretty well. But honestly, I don't know why they didn't add that in the first place (referring to the quote).
  14. Isn't that already the case? If you aren't risking 75k in the current system, you gain EP extremely slowly that it isn't worth the effort.
  15. He said he bought it a long time ago, when they were 27M or whatever he said. I don't think this is necessary. You can always use a sara sword, and besides, controlled is the fastest way to train.
  16. Could you use brawlers until right before they break, and then alch them? Wouldn't you get great xp AND the 30k?
  17. Alching is around 60k xp per hour, maybe a few thousand more AT BEST. Superheating mith is around 55k per hour, and you'll lose very little. Superheating iron will cost a lot, but is around 80k-90k per hour.
  18. Well they did release a Lores and History explaining a lot of it. And they're mercenaries, so they're fighting for money.
  19. Well, I'm left to say: Of course. That's how all games are.
  20. Biggest concern: Why on earth is he using a SCIMITAR on STAB mode? :?
