  1. But all of those are less xp than flesh crawlers. Ankous max out at around 25k, greaters at around 30k, and lessers at 25k (and the greaters one doesn't take into consideration revenants). Flesh crawlers get up and way over 30k.
  2. You'll be fine. Pray magic if you need to, super set up, and you should be ok.
  3. Check out my f2p combat guide (AoW). It should tell you all you need to know. Link in sig. But to sum it up for your special case: FLESH CRAWLERS. They're almost custom tailored to you. They have a low max hit and low attack. They have low defense as well and they come in huge swarms. It matches perfectly for a pure's low defense-high offense set up. Plus, if you don't wanna get hit, there's a safespot in the Flesh crawler room (2, in fact). They were made for pures. It's best to use bronzes and not pick them up. You can get upwards of 30k xp per hour that way.
  4. And that's not all. The quest gives you access to the best place to kill Ab specs (w/cannon), which in itself is incentive enough to do it, even w/o the rewards system. Plus, killing all the mini-bosses yields a considerable amount of slayer xp that shouldn't be ignored.
  5. This. Your topic isn't a very good one either. There are a lot of guides on it and like 3 in the AoW. You need something that stands out from the others. Ya I know it's not a very good topic, the ones in the AOW are on GWD in general. This is specifically made for tankers. I'm not gonna go and say this guide is really amazing(I know it's probably not), i'm just pointing out that this is different from some other GWD guides. You're not supposed to sell the guide though, you're supposed to sell yourself, if you know what I mean. But if it's any encouragement, all of my guides (all 3 of them) started out just like yours. 2 of them had plenty of rival guides and all of them didn't get many comments. Now, 2 of them are in the AoW and the last one had a pretty nice run as a guide before I failed to find time to update it. Also, if you aren't getting many posts, that can only mean one thing: You have such good info that people can't figure out anything wrong with it.

    1) Yes, a well-equipped house helps in almost every single thing you do. 2) The closest house to a telespot would actually be Polly if you have Slayer Rings. However, the closest (physically) to a bank would be Yanille, and Taverly is close to the balloon, which is close to Castlewars. The best place to put a house, however, is Rimmington. You have a teleport (or quick access) to every other location: -Tav: Balloon from CW -Relleka: Lyre -Brimhaven: Ardy boat or Spirit tree from MA tele (dueling ring) -Yanille: Watchtower 3) Yes.

  8. Armored Zombies or Slayer are your best options imo.
  9. Yup, I totally agree/support. We can add it to the list of other things we need to store in the PoH (see link in sig).
  10. Oh no, sorry for helping. -.- Like we memorize the requirements for every quest... Even so, there are better options. One of them is doing the quest. If you take the extra money and xp you gain by doing AZs over Dags, it more than justifies the time to get the stats and the time to do the quest. If you want me to prove it, I'd be more than happy.
  11. Ah. Thanks, why'd they change that though? Seems like a pointless change.
  12. Btw when I talk to the guy and ask him for a prefix, he says he has given me one, and so does the game (eg. in the chatbox it says "Your rank is now: Sergeant"). However, that prefix never appears before my game when I speak, or in the chatbox, or (as I am told) before my name on-screen. Do you know how to fix this?
  13. You'd profit, most likely, so cost isn't an issue.
  14. so ive been told 10 million times, but i think these are good? Not nearly as good as armored zombies to zombie monkeys. The profit isn't nearly as good either. Trust me, dagannoths aren't that good for training.
  15. I suppose, but either way you should get 6 squads out of the way. 4 is all you need to do it effectively. And you can also get some nice things, like red topaz. Some of the stuff is worth banking. Plus, if you do get junk, you can drop it on the way to restock cannons. Also, very rarely do your squads die doing this. They will get caught, but they won't take enough damage to die. I guess it's goes down to opinion.
  16. I would personally train on Wildy Ice Giants or Hobgoblins. Remember that while no one can get in, no one can get out either. If a pker logs into your world and he's already in the hut, you're screwed. You probably won't be leaving the normal way. Also remember you can't log out in combat, so preferably, you want to be somewhere that isn't an "afk" spot as such. Your choice though.
  17. It's decent, but not good. There are way better options, like Armored Zombies.
  18. Amazing, very simple and very useful. Thank you so much.
  19. A few things: 1) You can use the minimap to move your squads. It makes life a lot easier for the green and yellow teams 2) Mention that for those who are going for Lord Marshal, investing 10k per game during this saves ~5 hours compared to ranking to 250 and playing the last ~40 games normally. 3) Oftentimes, blue teamers will send all but 4 squads to explore. This is a good idea because it gets them out of the way. Usually, it also places about 2 squads near the south wall, so you can attack the squads down there to assist the cannons. EDIT: 4) Also mention the QC codes, eg. "Run away!" to signify there is a crasher
  20. So basically there are 2 new PvP type worlds: PvP worlds and BH worlds. Here's a good guide: viewtopic.php?f=180&t=801523 26k is pretty much killing a friend, while having both of you risk the optimal amount, so you trick the system into giving you good drops.
  21. Just because it's in Khazari, doesn't mean it'll be good. I would, however, still do it. The sooner you finish all of those quests, the sooner you can reap the benefits of all of them. They can only help you, so why not finish them earlier and get more benefits for more time?
  22. Excalibur covers the extra food you need and the super defense pots (although bring 1 shark for emergencies). Works fine for me.
  23. even without slayer mask? and I have never played FoG is it worth it to get those gloves for mith drags? Yes, even if you don't have a mask. And yes those gloves would help if you equipped them for the last few hits (I think barrows gloves would be better before then), but remember they only work on task.
