Help!! My appeal
The IP address of the computers you normally use and the computer you last successfully logged onto (not the hacker, YOU), would help them.

Firemaking Level 99
I suppose, but when you look at it in the big picture, it doesn't do you much good.

Nerfing the 26k trick.
So we abandon all of our morals to compete with others then? It isn't the case in the game, since the moral isn't very strong, but it's the concept you are implying. Yes, anyone can do it. But people shouldn't have to go against what they believe is "right" in order to compete with other players. Yes, a game evolves, but better combat training methods aren't the same as this. Better training methods are made and fully created by Jagex. When Jagex introduces any training spot or monster, they take it's training ability into consideration. That's why Jagex hasn't nuked Skeleton Monkeys, or Armored Zombies. That's simply in the game's nature to evolve, and that much you are right. However, this isn't simple evolution. This is people taking advantage of the system. While they are justified in doing so (or at least, I believe anyone who does this has a just reason), it's not in the spirit of the game that Jagex intended. Why else would they try to fix this, and why else would they try and make this against the rules? When you played over the years, no doubt you had to go to the bigger and better training spots to compete with other players. Jagex anticipates this. However, when you have to cheat in order to compete with other players, that's where the line has to be drawn. If you have to go to better training spots, that's fine. But if you have to cheat, and are left with almost no other choice, that's not right. And that's why this has to be fixed.

Then you'd use up more time having to go through the whole thing again for the adze.

Pk advice
Get that magic up. Remember that your magic level contributes to your magic defense. You'll want a higher magic anyway for teleblock/ancients/veng, so the added safety should be a bonus. Otherwise, I'd say try to focus on either melee or ranged. I'm not a big pker, but the most feared pkers, in my experience have been meleers or normal magers (not ancients). You can easily escape anyone else, except maybe an extremely lucky dark bower, or you are in deep wild.

bumping topics-answered
Based on the bump button rules, I would say that if you bumped one topic manually once or twice a day, it should be fine and you shouldn't get in trouble. You can ask a mod or someone to be certain, though. Those are only my implied rules.

Underlined. General notes: "Offense" is spelled with an S, not a C. You spell it "Offence".

Firemaking Level 99
I think it's been proven that, ultimately, it doesn't get you faster xp in the end, although it does get you an adze. It's only worth doing for that. It does save like 3 or 4k maples in the long run though. Doesn't seem like a lot but that's like 2-3 hours if you're fast From level 92, ~46k with both, and ~48k without. That's ~1 hour of maples. I'm no expert on this, but 1 hour to get everything set up and light all the beacons sounds just about right.

bumping topics-answered
There is a bump button (look at clan recruitment threads), but I don't know the exact rules for them. So yes, there is a way, but it's not an effective way. I think one of the rules is that you can't have used the bump button for 6 hours, or something like that. You could always just bump it normally.

ZMI Altar
Well that assumes you have people who want to make air runes, but I guess if you are alone then ZMI stands at the fastest xp. It's an average. There are always people there, trust me. However, they typically stay to 9x airs, so any level below 88 won't get you enough runners. But right, if so some strange reason the air altar is totally deserted, go to ZMI after level 88. Before the 80s, however, steam runes are still the best.

ZMI Altar
Would be airs after 88 rc, and steam runes before then, actually. If you don't have 82 Magic (steam runes), go to ZMI. If you don't have Ourania tele, go to fire runes. How would airs be faster at 88? you dont get more xp because of multiple runes, so you still make just as much as you would at 75. (for the additional giant pouch) Assist, fastest 30k xp possible after level 88.

Generally correct, but keep an eye on the prices. It could very well change.

Help!! My appeal
Well it's too late for us to help now, if you've sent it. If you haven't: Fix up your spelling and grammar, first of all. Change a few words around so that you IMPLY that it was someone else, instead of just saying so. Underlined comments, bolded words are additions or direct changes. Italicized are spelling/grammar/syntax errors.

Duration vs Enjoyment
Speed. All the way. After all, if you really want the end result, it doesn't matter what road you take, as they will all be enjoyable (but not necessarily all easy).

Nerfing the 26k trick.
But should you have to? And when you are slaying and buying tons of ppots, they do add up quickly. Yes, we can all still afford it, but it's not right. Why should we suffer for Jagex's miscalculation? It almost leaves us no choice but to 26k.

[Updated 9 Dec] Reviving Smithing : Divinite
Mainly this. So, in order to be safe from a 100M~ (random guess) item, I have to spend my own 300M (head/body/legs/shield) to get protection? Couldn't think of anything better. We all blank out sometimes, right? Knowingly or unknowing, you do so already.

Not any of this meteor smash stuff people keep telling me.

How nice is "too nice"?
Your rights end where others' rights begin. If they're beginning to hurt you in any way (taking up too much time, making you take heavy damage, etc.), that's your cue to stop. You must also ask yourself, "Would they do the same for me?" Don't get me wrong, I'm all for helping people (and I do it a lot myself), and it is the "right" thing to do, but you have to learn to say enough is enough. If you're really having a problem, put your public chat on friends. You'll feel bad the first few minutes, but you'll learn to ignore it.

supercompost....
Nah. Better off selling those pineapples and buying watermelons with the money. You'd get like 2x the watermelons than pineapples, which equals either 2x the compost or compost for half the cost.

Smash Club.
Falco's dair [bleep]es anytime during the attack, not just the beginning like in Brawl. It can also [bleep]e through platforms, which is pretty own in some stages since you don't have to worry about recovering. The other guy flies through the platform while you land safely. Too bad he looks terrible in melee.

supercompost....
I think the cheapest would be watermelons. Although you should just buy your supercompost or use the Lunar spell Fertile Soil.

Funny Examines!
Actually that wouldn't nullify the argument since it commits the fallacy of Ad Hominem. Instead of creating an argument in your defense you simply point out what the other person's bad points are. :D But in this case, it isn't between two equals. It's between a superior (Jagex) and an inferior (you). Since the superior is supposed to set an example, anything the superior does is ok for the inferior to do.

What made you think I was a troll? :s They are powerful, yes, but remember that their power is offset by the armor.
