  1. I have a big wooden stick by my bed. Speaking of nightmares and dogs? I think any of the following would classify as the most scared I've been: I've had a nightmare where I was chased by a dog. Or I was chasing the dog. I don't remember. I'm afraid of dogs (For the most part), so...Yeah. One morning, when I was walking to school, I tripped over a dog. I still don't know how I managed to do it...But a dog appeared out of nowhere and I tripped over it. I yelled "WHAT THE [bleep]" as loudly as I could, fortunately no one heard. I had a nightmare that basically smashed by worst fears together. My school was on fire, there were terrorists there, people I knew were dying, I was doing push-ups.
  2. As long as that's possible, I see no reason why I wouldn't want to.

The first time I took this was at school, it was part of some activity to help us make new friends or something. We got together with other people who got the same result, two other people were INTJs. Now, one of them is one of my best friends, the other is one of my worst enemies.
  4. [hide=] Hardliners on both sides (Muslim & Jewish) think that the land is theirs by right of God, and by that they believe it should be only their land and not for anyone else. That religious fervour is probably the biggest problem in this, it makes it more than a case of nationalism when you involve god(s). No offense but minds greater than yours (& mine) have been trying to find a workable solution to this problem for decades with no luck, I honestly don't see a peaceful solution in my lifetime. I dunno, I think something as simple and sweeping as that could work. I believe many Islamic and Jewish leaders would actually agree on many things - if it were presented rapidly enough that they couldn't use mutual hatred to change their opinions. A Jerusalem protected and united by the things tearing it apart would certainly be beneficial to stability in the entire middle east. Although it wouldn't be difficult to break it down. [/hide] You know, in the Qur'an, apparently it says "Do not argue with the followers of earlier revelation otherwise than in a most kindly manner - unless it be such of them as are bent on evil-doing - and say: 'We believe in that which has been bestowed from on high upon us, as well as that which has been bestowed upon you; for our God and your God is one and the same.'" The Jewish God, the Christian God, the Islamic God - All the same. Too bad this is such an uncommonly known fact.
  5. If some kid doesn't want a ball slammed into his stomach, then don't play. Forcing everyone to play dodgeball? Okay, I might be able to understand this. However, at my school, it's always been a choice. Of course, everyone played dodgeball anyway...
  6. What a way to end his career. He'll be remembered as the shoe-dodging president from now on, not the terrible one who started a war.
  7. I'm Taiwanese. If I still lived there, and I could vote, I would definitely vote DPP. Pro-Independence. I would not support a war, though I guess as a last resort... I don't really care much for the others, and I don't know enough about the situation. Of course, I've been actively following the cross-strait situation, so I have my opinion on that. Oh, and by the way, I was considering making a topic about the Taiwan issue, just to see what the rest of the world sees. We had a discussion about it in history, I was a bit surprised. ;)

Schoolwork is taking up most of my time. Actually, no. I still manage to play video games 2-3 hours a day. Though not Brawl. Still working on Supar Mario Galaxy. ;)
  9. Could use some good health. Eh. College apps will nearly be done by then so my friend will come back alive. I hope.
  10. Happiest: Not exactly a moment, more like a day. March 27, 2008. Three tests, two quizzes, a math meet and a concert. Spent the entire day with my close group of friends. Oh, and it was my last middle school math meet, which means nothing but whatever. 'Twas a blowout, my two closest friends and I got perfect/top scores. Happy happy. Saddest: Wondering what the hell is wrong with me. (I've been sick, it's appearing to be somewhat serious...) Boringest - Plane rides? 24 hours from Boston to Taipei. Ugh.
  11. Woah, Runes of Magic is F2P? Probably means it'll suck, but I think I'll try it. About the whole gear thing - I'm sure there will be banks/storage, you won't be carrying around everything at once. So strategize, try to estimate how many potions you'll need or whatever, what armor/weapons will suffice...Leave the rest behind. Unless of course, they take the realism up a step and make it so you can steal from the banks. Which would be awesome. But annoying. As for the monsters? I wonder if they're controlled by pros.
  12. I played Saga for a while. It was okay, but got a bit boring especially since you need real money to get anything done (I think). So I didn't really get to the good stuff. Meh.
  13. Do you know how to read a pie chart? (Though I myself am a tad confused about the difference between atheism and no religion...Does no religion include agnostics or something?) Christianity most likely will stick around for a very long time, if not forever (Well, until mankind/the Earth ends)...It'll just evolve. New sects will be formed and stuff. Like in the past. And I don't think a new major religion will sprout up any time soon. The last was Islam, in the seventh century, and it only really gained a foothold due to conquest. (I think? Kind of bombed our test about it.) Conquest and colonization is basically over now, though who knows what might happen...
  14. Heh. Thought you meant she wanted an abortion but you didn't. ;) Screw friends.
  15. It doesn't work like that. It would only cause mass chaos. At first - Yes. Of course people would try to prove that evidence false. But eventually, it'd settle down...
  16. RuneScape is more casual. DarkFall will be hardcore/intense. Probably. A good MMORPG should be one where you truly feel like you are your character (So first-person camera + full control is good).
  17. Asus laptop with an awesome graphics card.
  18. Really? Explain... Islam is spreading very quickly, I think it's projected to overtake Christianity sometime soon. Though eventually, with all the new technology, there's probably going to be some proof - For God, against God, in favor of one religion, against another - Something. When that happens, I'd think most of the world would convert.
  19. Yeah,man.15 days of free money. Leave it to America to turn every holiday into food and money. Oh wait.
  20. Whichever holidays give me the most days off from school. 10/10 is one of my favorites. I like being special. October 25th, the Council of Elrond, is not a holiday, but I act like it is. Because I walk around all day muttering LotR quotes. Not like I don't do that every day... Chinese New Year is obviously fun, lots of food (Beats Thanksgiving food to be honest) and red envelopes! My only source of income. ;) Pi Day will never be the same after a tragic event happened last year on it, but yay math. It's not a holiday, but the first weekend of February vacation (Feb 14-16 this year) is awesome, because that's when my youth group's retreat is. I would say my birthday, but it's right before school starts so that sucks.
  21. it's seaweed dude Dried seaweed is amazing. And wasabi peas. Snacks to satisfy my inner Asian. ;)
  22. Comparing this to RuneScape is like comparing a Xbox 360 to an Atari 2600.
  23. So this basically smashes Tabula Rasa, AoC, WAR and WoW together? And then some? Sounds good. I don't want to get my hopes up, but it might be exactly what sends me back into the world of MMORPGs. Haven't played one in a long time...
  24. This. It happens to me all the freaking time, especially when I have to wake up early for something important. Yesterday morning I dreamed what I woke up at 10AM when I was supposed to be at college writing my final at 9AM. You get that "kill me now" moment, with some fear, then you wake up and it's 5 in the morning. One time, I had a dream where I "woke up", and for some reason, my dad let me keep sleeping...So apparently I slept in my dream, then "woke up" again, looked at my clock, and it said 10:45 AM. OH [cabbage]. Then I wake up for real. I look at my clock, right to left. I see a 5...a 4...I put two and two together, seriously thought it was 10:45 and I was really late for school. Turns out it was actually 6:45. :wall:
  25. Szechuan, Korean and Taiwanese style. Don't really like Cantonese food. Japanese can be okay. As for western food...I rarely have it. But steaks are good. I don't like Italian and Spanish, I suppose? To boil it down - Spicy and salty.
