  1. The bible doesn't support being rich either, which lets face it, is the ultimate goal of any capitalist. . Let's just go with "God doesn't care about your physical leaders, if you're Christian, all you need to know is that your spiritual leader is Jesus and that's it." :uhh: I'm pretty liberal, both socially and economically. Having grown up in Massachusetts, that's no surprise.
  2. Honestly, the truly cool people are the ones that are nice. There's a kid at my school, everyone loves him. Why? He's extremely athletic, quite smart, and on top of all that, probably the nicest guy around. There is no doubt in my mind that if we voted, he would be elected the coolest kid. I guess I kind of defy the Asian nerd stereotype, and that's how I'm different. While I'm Asian, my parents have never forced me to do anything outside of school and church, and I don't obsess over my grades. (Okay, maybe I do...) While I'm a nerd (And proud), I'd like to say I'm not unpopular, having played some sports when I was young and befriending all the athletes, who are now the jocks. Something else I've realized - Religiously and ethnically, I'm part of the two largest groups out there. I'm a Christian (Protestant), and I'm Chinese (Technically I'm not, but I have Chinese roots somewhere...), yet when you combine those two together...Not that common. Though I easily slide under the nerd stereotype, I'm really not that similar to my friends.
  3. Question everything. Take risks. Do the unexpected.
  4. Cause there's nothing positive to say? Oh snap, my city's firefighters are on strike so they can't put that flame out. Aren't these things called blue laws? Laws that were made years ago, but no one cares about them anymore, and they aren't enforced? Except apparently, this one is enforced? I know there's a law here that says the mayor must give everyone a pig or something, where the hell is my pig? Methinks I'll go sue him now.

I think we could/should have our racist party there. About time. And how the [bleep] do I dress up as a blue moon.

I say we go to LP's room. Shiny things yay.
  7. Even if it was actually forced, I would see nothing wrong with it. 50 hours a year? Isn't that about 1 hour a week? I don't know anyone who doesn't have at least 1 free hour per week. And there's summer. I personally already volunteer with my youth group at a bunch of events, definitely over 50 hours in total. And there'd be motivation. Money. :D (It's also good preparation for later in life, as far as I'm concerned...) But it's not mandatory. So who cares. I'm still going to do my "community service".

Last time's teams were good. Of course, now with more people, we'd have to change it up...But whatever.

Captain Falcon is getting worse and worse. He was great in the N64 version. Almost. Falco is awesome, great in Melee and quite good in Brawl.
  10. Will Rick Astley be there to rick roll y'all?
  11. I'm a teenager. Of course I do. But then I read Ecclesiastes. Without turning this into a religious debate somehow, let's just say I found some motivation. Honestly, I often take some time to think about my life. I usually end up with the conclusion that it sucks. Then a few minutes later I'm all happy and stuff. Rawrgh. (Though I frequently get the feeling that I'm basically a robot. Programmed to do the same things over and over. Nothing interesting goes in in my life. I don't really feel anything. No pain, no happiness.) It's not easy to let go when something hits you deep in your heart. I've had a few daggers stuck in there, it's painful. But then a cleric comes along and heals you. Then everything is alright. Perhaps we're all just pessimists and we just love thinking about all the bad things that go on in our lives. I'm sure if we all tried hard enough, we could come up with some good things. Who knows.
  12. Or spend 5 minutes on google looking for a site instead of running to a forum to do your homework :wall: . They teach Bosnian at schools? :? (Okay, fine, if you live in Bosnia or somewhere near there...)
  13. We had a thread just like this a few weeks ago. Apparently BlueLancer speaks Bosnian. Wait for him, I guess.

I use some cream from Taiwan. Most likely a random bunch of herbs smashed together and cooked in a pot. Like all other Chinese medicine. It's Biore (With the accent aigu over the "e"...), I think (Don't know the exact name)...I'm not sure if they'll have the exact same thing where you live, but it's worked for the most part. Of course, different things work for different people. My only advice (Which is pretty lousy advice) is to just keep trying. There's got to be something out there that works for you... I've found that the thing with cream is you have to be pretty consistent. Don't use it for a few days, your face will look like it got run over by a truck.
  15. At 12? Of course. Honestly, if you're going to be doing this yourself, this will not end well. Just randomly cut here and there, I'm sure it'll look okay...
  16. I'd kill them all. Somehow. It depends on who they are. If the one person is really important, to me or to the world, then I don't think there would be any doubt in my mind to save him/her. However, if you gave me the choice of five important people or one important person...I'd kill myself. There.
  17. Try bald. But with an awesome beard.

    Screw Pokemon.
  19. Gamecube. Because I have no idea where my N64 is (I think I sold it...?) and the Wii sucks as of now. (Technically, since I use the Wii + backward compatibility instead of actually using my Gamecube, it's the Wii that I like...) PC any day though. Rawr.
  20. If English is your second language, I would excuse bad grammar (I talk Chinese accent kay?) but usually not bad spelling. It's not hard learning that "are" is spelled like that, rather than "r." (That said, Chinese is also my first language and I fail at that too, mainly because I moved to America when I was four...) My friends are still in the stage of using improper grammar, like everyone else I know in real life. I hate my generation. Txt spk yayyy. Though I sent them a typing speed test, and since they usually don't bother to spell words right, they got really lousy scores. Here and there, bad spelling and grammar is fine. If I'm in a debate in you and you can't spell or bother to capitalize, I'm going to ignore you the same way I would ignore someone who isn't going to bother looking up their facts.
  21. I grew up with my sister and her friends. Some of them are barely a year older than me, and I'd say we're friends. Also, in kindergarten, I was friends with a few girls, we're still friends. Though my best friend is a guy, some girls do rank pretty high up on my list. If I just want to rant and don't want a response, I'll talk to a guy (We're like walls, so impassive...), but if I want a response, I'll go to a girl.
  22. You got it. Cleopatra is merely an expansion to Pharaoh anyway. I know. but for my personally benefit was it Cleopatra? I just like the guessing part of this game, I don't care who wins. I prefer guessing as well, and I have no good pic to post. So the next person who wants to can post the next one..
  23. I was going to go with AoE, but some of the buildings don't look right... Is it Pharaoh by any chance?
  24. I remember when I would go visit my relatives up in Canada, I would spend most of my time playing Mario Kart 64 with them. I have no idea how I held the controller, I was seven... Even a few months ago, I was at a friend's house, and we decided to have a nostalgic moment and play SSB. After using the GC controller for so long, I was pretty epic fail. Though Captain Falcon then > Captain Falcon now.
