I never did any pking in 4 years of playing. Pking is bad money, and is not any good for training, so why one would do it? I suppose people just like it. After all, there is pking areas in all games, the little kids gotta exteriorise their destructive pulsions somewhere...

Anyone level 110+ with full guthan is in the capability of getting a fire cape. I don't think that the fire cape is hard enough to get to be worth making a list of people who own one, because there is probably much more people that have it that you could think.

unfortunetly this didnt happen for me. You know, one could think he is safe because one plays fairly. But lately, Jagex has been banning strangely. One could be banned for no reason at all, just randomly stroke by bad luck. How can we enjoy the game in this conditions? It as if jagex could take back all the hard work we put in a character at any moment. Of course there is errors in bans, but lately we have all heard too many stories. About 2-3 months ago, there was no stories about unfair bans, all was alright. Then, all started going wrong. I mean, what can we do to protect ourselves when we know innocent people are being banned all the time? Don't speak at all? Don't do trades? Don't train newbs? Prevent other people from our family to play? .. Stop breathing?

If I was you I'd get all 3 stats to the same thing. Then I'd train with w^hip on controlled mode. That way you get str exp aswell.

I know someone in game who's 49 years old that made a gf in game and she was to take a flight to go meet her gf in real life, but they broke up before that happened. Erm yes, it was two shes.

The in-game community is awful. The official forums are a good mirror of most of the gaming community. Tip.it forums have the best among that community. In fact, Runescape has one of the worst community for a mmorpg of this big. Just go on onrpg forums, or any gaming-reference website for mmorpgs, everyone always goes "What's not worse than Runescape?". They think everyone that play this game are morons, it's very insulting. And if you tell them you play Runescape, they all go laughing "You have no taste" Yada yada... Well they are right in a sense.. Most of the people who play Runescape are far from being .. clever. They just ruin the reputation of the game for everyone else.

I impulsively put it on thieving. I have been lvl 69 for ages, and I want to get 70. Problem is, the darned lamp didn't even raised me to 70!

It's not completly random, stop believing everything Jagex says. I've gotten about 5 mimes, all while doing combat for a slayer task. Shadow warriors and dagannoths are very good for mimes. Strange plants while ranging and keeping still. Swarms when not moving much. Frogs while teleporting and fishing. There is definitively patterns, you just don't know what you're talking about to go claim they're totally random.

Probably as common as any random event (zombie, shade..) that happens while burying bones..

Been playing for 4 years. I'm 20 now. It's strange to hear long-term Rs friends remind me of how I was when I was younger. I realise how playful, cheerful I was. Now, I'm some sort of grim, pragmatic, cinical, over-critical man compared to how I was. Sometimes I don't know which 'me' I prefer. Now I see through many things I didn't but...

30 mins of physical activity each day is the norm. Anyone trying to keep in shape should do that, atleast. It's not very hard, you can just walk by example.

Everytime Jagex goes 'Ahh we are soo worried about you, our dearest players' for this or that reason, I just find it sounds fake. It's true, but it's just sad that they feel the need to specify that. Possibly that something particular happened and they're trying to keep the face by making that little 'notice'. Or possibly they were getting too many messages for 'privacy reasons', and they decided to invent that news message. I've read the responsible gaming policy and it just doesn't sound right. They talk as if we had no life and that we needed 'help' to get one. "Meet with your friends"..."Excercise"..."Take breaks off the computer" It's pathetic. Just who do they think we are? A pack of life-less nerds for which our lives are ruled by Runescape? Heh.. They're giving themselves way too much importance.

I got a problem.. I have tried several times trying to start a conversation with a npc behind the fence but they will not talk, all they say is a sentence about food and blood, and that's all. It doesn't have anything to do with the fact that they throw tomatoes that could disturb the conversation, there is just no other thing the npcs will say. And food with chest doesn't work, because I cannot talk to the npc. There is other people here with the same problem, what's with this?

Highlander was taken. It's alright, but its just insulting to see that the person who 'reserved' the name didn't even train that character at all.

This is probably the best movie I have seen in two years, atleast in my opinion, and I'm a real movie-freak and let me tell you the movie needed to be good to be able to beat Tim Burton's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in my little mental palmares as I'm a total and complete Tim Burton movies' freaky fan. Ha, but it doesn't beat Edward Scissorhands that is still in the 1st place The story? Maybe you've seen the commercials, that make this movie like the typical actions movie, but that's not quite right. Action plays an important role, but the movie is more about symbols and morals, without being boring at all, don't be scared by the word 'moral' . Vendetta is not the typical super-hero, actually not a typical person at all. V is a poet, an idealist, he's amazing. Ah of course there is the girl. And it's interesting the relation she developps with him. Not the typical relation either. Ahh I'm not going to give any more spoilers but this movie is really interesting. The kind of thing to buy on DVD and watch again and again to be able to fully understand it. The movie is based on a book, book I never read, I need to read that book someday.. Anyway, if you've read this far, what are you looking for? The return of Jesus Christ on earth? Go plan to go see the movie, now, I mean it A must-see movie is not to be missed. I'd say about haft of the girl characters are actually guys.. Maybe a bit less, like 40%, but definitively a scary percentage. But let's not forget girls playing as guys, even though it probably represents a very, very small percentage. But, they exist.. )=) *Smile plays on lips*

It is their site, is it not? If someone were badmouthing you, wouldn't you ban them from doing it again? And don't say "he was being polite about it" because obviously he wasn't. You guys complain about their banning policies way too much. Don't do anything borderline, and you won't be banned, that simple people. Excuse me? You don't know what you're talking about. I do not agree with certain of the things they do, and I talk about it in the forums. I don't "badmouth", insult, flame, or any of the sort. I have my opinions, I state my points, in other words, I explain why I feel this way or another. By definition, that's what criticism is. My threads made people react, and they were permitted. I was blackmarked for very isolated and absurd reasons, for example, my second blackmark was because I said that Jagex "was doing a great job considering their means and the little the game had started of" (my exact, or about, words) and I got a blackmark because I 'insulted' them. I'm 20 years old, I'm not a little swine who just spams all the forums with insults at Jagex. Inform yourself before accusing people without knowing.
