if you from earlier is using the fairy rings to travel, then the fairy ring down to the tunnel from canifis pub is still faster, as it takes pretty long time to go through the mini-game, talking to a person, choosing the easiest path, and then skipping several events on it, or even have to do them if you get a non-combat one... another thing to add is the fairy code itself, while the tunnel one is three clicks + teleport, the one to the mini-game is 5 clicks + teleport, and those code wheels doesn't rurn that fast around also, the walk from burgh de rott is also so long that it adds up, just taking the fairy rings to the tunnel, running for it to the boat and going from there is much faster than the mini-game method i've tryed this out, with counters...

as several people here has said, not all quests are like this, there are quest for every liking, just if you're going to do every quest then you could be tired of it.. i'm saying it, if you find a quest too boring, you don't have to do it. but as runescape unlike zelda got a very big variation in how the quests are and, to say, the whole game (since it's a mmorpg) if you don't like doing quest you don't have to do them, but changing them totaly how they're done would make many of those that like quests to stop doing them i'm saying that not all quests should be like you say that they are, and not all is so neighter, but as long you keep the variaty in this, so every kind of quests are in the game, then it would stay enyoyable. top tip: try teleporting around in the world instead of teleporting, there is not many places in rs that is not (quite) close to a teleport of a kind. read the next thing if you bear a little off-topic ^^ and for the quest cape, since i like quests, it was a quite fun achievement, but it's still in a way, harder than many other skill capes (even if it's the most common) as the time spent on it is often a lot more than it is for skills like cooking, fletching, firemaking, et cetera, if i used all my time that i've used on quests on skilling, then i would have had several 99's now... (just that i can't stand the repetivety in most skills) *phew, i'm done*

hmm... although it does have something to do with the storyline, then it's also for getting temple trekking more played, as it is really the same mini-game, just in reverse way. also, templetrekking/burg de rott ramble + laggy computer = death at giant snails :wall: i lost 500k there + rune defender (didn't have more) and salve ammy :/ oh noes, i got to do the haunted mine maze again to get salve amulets :'(

that one was actually interesting, as you would use all of it then, maybe a new zogre quest to reach the new monster??

dalcyte, like what do you think? it would be really weird to get better in making potions than just doing it, one of the skills that there makes it weird... maybe a herblore mini-game where you get xp rewards, but really, that would just bring up the prices on pots if it were better xp, and no-one would play if it was worst :-s

i remember beeng on irc when we calced out what the max hit would be like (saying that you can attack one person in each grid. we ended up with a little over 500 damage, saying you got 9 undead monsters attacking you (while you are on a slayer assigment) (wait, 8, with d2h) you are wearing, black mask, salve amulet, strenght ammy (is more strenght bonus than fury right), fighter torso, any legs (it's no legs with strenght bonus right?) rune boots /climbing boots, berserker ring, rune defender and d2h. make them all stand around you, pot up, pray smack the sword down in the ground, and have an insane luck to hit over 500 :P (500 = 2000xp, in one hit ^^ )

i'm almost at 1500 total ( say 1460 or so, can't bother to log in checking) and my bank-networth is... + - 23 millions. (just used too much money on my jad attempt (it stayed as an attempt) can't get back bolt racks/bow charges/ pots again neighter :'(

i would really say about the same as what was said earlier, the lumberjack clothes, if they where trade-able, then i would probably just buy them, instead of doing the minigame again. because you have to see, some people doing a mini-game one day, to get an item, is better than that no-one goes there, because they can buy it also, the price on them would be pretty low, as the xp boost from these is really low (6xp per mage log, that's the most) and price would go down, demand would go down a lot, and bring the prices down too, then supply goes down, because no-one sees it worth the hassle to get them, and therefore it again get's impossible to buy. (like, err, say a addy warhammer, no-one uses it, no-one makes it, not counting the addy warhammer i'm going to alch, that i just got from a troll) if it keeps this way though, it will be more people getting it, yes a lot of people won't see it worth it, but quite many will get it, as it will show the achievement of having done the mini-game enough to get those clothes, even if the useness of the item is poor

i've been testing out that thing, and it's not slower, but... it's just the difference in how it's activated, before: you click, and the "button" starts lighting, and ca. 1/3 second later, the prayer is activated, now: you click, wait ca 1/3 second, and the prayer is activated (and the "button" starts lighting) it may be harder to know if you actually clicked, but won't do that much a difference... so, fight caves, should still be possible =) (i'm going to give it another try in a few weeks i guess)

well, even a quest cape can be bad sometimes, at least when you dress it up together with princess robes, beret and the rest of my stuff... some knew it was a quest cape, some though i was veryvery very rich and liked giving out phr33 st0f, some though i was jagex staff, and some though i was [high leveled, famous player ]... fun though, try to be 4-5 people together doing your emote at the same time in f2p lumbrigde... keep private chat on friends! (for ever after) and keep public chat on hide, trust me... my comp crashed :P (okay, we do have a bad computer :-k )

the adventuring cape is really just the quest cape.. for having all the sounds, you'll also need all the quests that takes you to a own place, and believe me, that is many.. i don't think it would have been the best to make a new cape for this, but maybe a trim on the quest cape, but that would not be that good neighter, because then you would have the 4+ prayer bonus that you have to have at least two 99 skills for.

you might want to add one more way to get there... using glory tele to edgeville for bank, and using fairy rings for the closest teleport to the lair in the game... it does take up one more space, but makes trips faster though

about the dwarf series, i've heard that the programmer that maked that serie quitted at jagex, and that's why it hasn't been upgraded (saw a mod post once) btw, me2 took me 2 hours ^^ failed handholds twice, with 59 agility at the time ^^ i'm lucky

I do that constantly, im not afk cos i can see what im doing and im getting something else done at the same time! well, i use to do that if i'm fighting something that not needs 100 consentration (like kbd, barrows et cetera) fishing, wcing all such tasks, i can see every random event, answer if someone talks to me, and just continue with playing the guitar =)

depends how you look at it if it is the best... by everyone you named here, then this is the fastest(maybe same speed as mace, but better crush with anchor) also, the special is quite good, doubling the chance of a hit (wich even for me, un-potted and no pray is up to 30. maul is better for a k0 with it's special i guess, d2h is better as slash anyway (if i'm not wrong ^^ ) dh axe is really slow and expensive, and i wouldn't use it if i'm not dhing somewere.. mace isn't really that good (exsept for insane hits) and the obsidian maul is very slow again.

well, nothing more to say, than congratulations... you know how mad it is to get 99 agility?? ^^ really, how long did this take you? it's not that long time ago you were working with crafting? right? heck, i want 99 agility ^^

ive maxed 38 so far, havent tried really maxing yet. do 10% of 38 = 3.8 so 4 lvls rounded up. not that amazing, i really wish we really had a weapon to do what the bone dagger did before it was fixed, halve your defense... still, hit two of those, thats 8 defence levels down ^^ i don't know, but it could be good in duel arena, start up with one of those hits... continue hitting, then k0 with dds at the end ^^

ey, kbase has told what the special does :D no more testing out in wild and duel arena.. btw, i used that anchor on a guy in wildy, he was testing bird for me ^^ he bringed just food... i hitted, and he didn't do anything else than eating, and still he had too run out,... dratted, he had 500 laws there : / and he was down on 15 hp : /... one more hit, just one more ^^

devoted, he was quite easy really... take some good armour, (super) attack and strenght pot. and a some food (monks or better could be smart) use dds specials on him... he have low defence and hp, so if you have nerves try to not keep eating, don't safe too much,you'll end up loosing on it. just remember, he can hit up to 30.. so don't let it fall beneath that.

i think there is at least one in " examines section" of jagex towers that got a pervert humour ^^ cannonballs owned by that dwarf in between a rock = i better leave his big expensive balls alone abyssal leach = it sucks really hard fairy house. (that thing in poh's) = rub the head and see what comes out the one on last page... monkey nuts - i like monkey nuts :ohnoes: and they said this game was rated for 13 year olds?? : /
