11 people from my school got expelled... in the last quarter of this year alone! Not only that, but 8 out of the 11 were expelled for being "too dumb" and no, I am NOT exaggerating the circumstances. One was expelled for hitting a teacher and repeatedly starting fights with students, and stealing things etc. This was the ONLY legitimate expulsion. One was expelled only on the SUSPICION that she was taking drugs. No proof, and I'm sure she doesn't do the (alleged) cocaine. She was also a good friend of mine. The other person, I don't know why she was expelled, but probably for also being "too dumb". -.- Every class went to the SAME beach for the beginning of year AND end of year trips. My school has spent all its funding on sports and trips to send the rugby kids overseas. The priority of proper education is going down the drain, and I fear the reason for expelling all these students is to make way for smarter, or more sporty kids. Sounds stupid, yes, but I find it an EXTREMELY plausible reasoning behind all of this. Even the sister of one of the smartest people I know was almost expelled. She's not crazy or anything, I don't see any justification behind this. Honestly, I'll be expecting to see my school on ACA one of these days. This gives me an idea, I should write a blog on this on MySpace!

I've never heard someone say it was lucky... it's not. I bought my SGS for 90m after a month of non-stop Bandos'ing. Very boring, tiring "work" I suppose you could call it. If anything, I'm UNLUCKY that it's dropped so much. :lol: My net worth has come from 170m to a mere ~70m in just a few months because of price drops. :wall: It's NOT lucky, but then again, this whole game is based on luck.

I'd say 6-8 hours a day on non-holidays, and around 12-16 hours a day on holidays... I'd say an average of 7 on school days, 14 on holidays... I've been playing this game since 2001, but only really got into it in early 2003... So 5 years at that rate, say, 10-11 hours a day average... 18,000-20,000 hours of play if I committed to that. Obviously, I sometimes do not play, so minus, say, 2,000 hours. 16,000-18,000 hours would be slightly more accurate, but then I DID play since 2001, so another 1,000 hours in 2 years. 17,000-19,000 hours estimated playing time.

Okay, so this encourages more use of fansites and such, but Jagex really needs to get its act together in terms of an official RuneScape community and support. Customer support is terrible, we all know this. Clan chats were introduced, but this is hardly a clanbase like in WoW. Of course, if RuneScape stopped being so damned child-friendly, it may attract more mature people who would 'take a stand' or at least try to help instead of calling every other person a noob. It would also repel the less-intelligent people.
