I'm pleased to say that my 5 Monster Duradel Loop has finally broken after 142 tasks. The loop was Iron Dragons, Steel Dragons, Black Dragons, Abby Demons & Fire Giants !!

 

I've now been assigned 161 Dagganoths, 199 Dust Devils, 151 Spirual Mages & now 161 Dark Beasts in past 4 tasks :thumbsup:

 

 

 

I haven't Slayed for the past week & wondered if this may have helped, or whether Jagex finally realised that Duradel was broken.

 

 

 

Has anyone else's loop unexpectantly broken in past few days?

Well I got dags recently which breaks my abby demon, dust devil, black demons, mages, fire giants loop which I enjoyed. :|

I wish i could get a waterfiends darkbeast loop. That would rock.

I got 5 waterfiend tasks in a row, and I finally blocked them because I got so sick of them. (they were all tasks in the 180s-190s)

 

Now I'm in a loop like this:

 

Black Demons :(

 

Iron Dragons :|

 

Fire Giants :|

 

Dust Devils :D

 

Steel Dragons :(

 

Kalphites :D

Eurgh, every second task I get is black demons. I want a better task :(

mines still alive and kicking.....is sumona broken too, or is it just an annoying coincidence?

 

kurasks, cave crawlers, fire giants, cave crawlers, greater demons

 

greaters and giants are ok, but crawlers and kurasks annoy me....

yeah im glad duradel died his brother is so much cooler.. even though i havent slayed since! duradel leaves me mentally scarred, i once asked for a cape and he asked for some id!?

Him looping has been known for a long time. I had a loop of 80 tasks, only 4 different monsters. It'll break eventually then either rarely or never come back. Hasn't come back for me and I'm on my 200+ task.

Never had a loop while doing slayer.

I wish i could get a waterfiends darkbeast loop. That would rock.

 

 

 

I had 4 dark beast tasks in 6 tasks and then got 3 waterfiend tasks in a row.

 

 

 

Neither task is fun the second or third time around.

Never had a loop, and I'm nearly on 200 tasks (192 I believe)

 

 

 

A friend of mine has managed to get 81 slayer without once being assigned a slayer creature though.

I would go on loops of Abyssal and Black demons with some waterfiends and dark beasts chucked in.

you must not like to train slayer very heavily if thats you're idea of good tasks. You blocked all the good ones (fast xp) lol

I doubt it. It's just random.

 

 

 

I almost blocked bloodvelds once.... I was stuck in a semi-loop where it was bloodvelds, something random, bloodvelds, something else, bloodvelds, another random task, bloodvelds, etc. (I don't remember how long it went on for, but it was really annoying and boring having to kill hundreds of bloodvelds again and again and again and again.....).

I'm in a Waterfiends, Fire Giant, Black Demon, Dust devil loop. I hope it stays like that until I get 88 summoning lol.

 

 

 

I find blocking a common task changes the loop slightly.

I got spiritual mages, dust devils, the fire giants. I'm glad I didn't have to stick with some dumb task for my 85 slayer level.

havent noticed any loops - but i do get a lot of dark beasts :)
