  1. Forget about this boy/girl crap, the key to fighting these bosses is to fight smart and take as little damage as you can. They have obviously found a good way that works for them and that's great, no matter what their level. Now it's up to Jagex to decide if they want to change this, like when they removed the safe spot on the Mithril Dragons.
  2. From my experience, Spirit Mages are definitelty the best since they drop Dragon Boots. Warriors have decent Rune drops, like Kites. And the Ranger drops are pretty pathetic.
  3. I've been to the Bandos and Zammy boss, but I haven't met a group going to Armadyl yet so I might be interested. Can you give me some information on him, like what do you usually take and what do you use to kill him?
  4. Big Gratz! I got 99 Att/Str/Def all on the same day too. Nah, it's more impressive to see each one. I got 98 Att/Str/Def at the exact same time and I only got a message for the 98 Defense.
  5. So because PC got nerfed, Jagex needs to add more servers so that pures won't be so crowded at their limited training spots? Pures choose to limit themselves to these areas. Jagex has provided a wide variety of monsters to train on and Jagex doesn't need to add more servers to cater to your self-imposed limitations.
  6. Stores sell Arrows, so their cost is pretty much set. Bolts aren't available in stores (except for those cheap Bronze ones).

    What 99?

I would wait awhile before committing to a 99. It's a long road to a 99. If I were you, I would just keep training a little bit of everything like you have been doing and sooner or later you will discover which skill you want to get 99 in. Try setting a smaller goal like all skills 60 or even all skills 70.
  8. Whiteberry and Poison Ivy Berry bushes do very well with just Supercompost. I plant bushses all the time, never pay a farmer and I honestly can't remember my last dead bush.
  9. Just curious why you are using the Crafting Guild to tan the Hides? Is it that much faster than Al Kharid? I love crafting too and just did it all at once. I would run to the tanner and then walk back making 8 bodies and alching them.
  10. I have about 30 of each of the colored bird eggs. I know as soon as I get rid of them, Jagex will come out with some great use for them. :x
  11. Check the Archive of Wisom. There are tons of articles on how to do it. (and tokkul is untradable).
  12. The biggest cost is if you die. Make sure you take a one-click tele device and don't be afraid to use it.
  13. Sounds like your best weapon choices would be to DDS spec them and then switch to a D Long. You will not be able to kill them very quickly though. And if you are not willing to invest in Prayer Pots, you are just wasting your time.
  14. I don't have a map, but when you first go in, there are 2 Cave Horrors right there that are easy to safespot. The second one is really easy, since he is trapped in his location and can't take more than one step.
  15. 1K is 1K, but the box could be anything! It could even be 1K!
  16. Hi ya Toast. Met you last night at Bloodvelds (the guy who gave you his noseplug). Good Luck on your goals.
  17. You wore your Karamja Gloves and sold them to the Charter Ships in Brimhaven. Jagex drastically lowered the buying price recently in a hidden update.
  18. You get teleported to the house just west of the north Bank (have to use agility shortcut to get to the bank). I found the best way to go was to kill Chaos Druids and load up on herbs and steal from the chest when you only have 2 spots left, bank and repeat.
  19. Another limiting factor is there is no Make-X-teletab function and the process is kind of slow. But if you can stand it and sell the tabs, you will wind up with money and magic XP.
  20. That doesn't make any sense. Just because you want to sell an item for a certain price doesn't mean that you can. You are only talking about the supply side. If there is no demand, then it doesn't matter what the supply side is as nobody will buy them. Magic Roots have 4 uses. Nobody would use them to make Supercompost or to make a Crossbow String when they could make the same items with any of the lower roots. Nature Amulets are used and are still decently priced, but since people can only use one, the only people who would buy Magic Roots in bulk to make Nature Amulets are merchants. The Super Strong Anti-Poison can be very helpful in places such as DKs and since this is a consumable product, I'm sure serious DKers buy Magic Roots in bulk. Since I'm not a merchant and I don't DK, I can't tell you how strong the demand is, but it's obviously strong enough to keep the price as high as it is right now.
  21. They could add an extremely hard section to the Karamja Achievement Diary - Become Fight Pit Champion on the Official Fight Pit World.
  22. Bloodvelds are great Slayer XP, but I wouldn' consider them a good training monster. Basically they drop Blood Runes and Rune Meds. If you really want to train on them, I would recommend Bones to Peaches with Black D Hides.
  23. Not necessarily. The first time I got scammed was when I was in Edgeville and someone asked me to take them to the Monastery. I like to help people, so I took him (in the full rune that I had just bought), and got maged to death as soon as I entered the wildy.
  24. For the safespots, there is a good AOW article on that. All depends on what you are fighting. Metal Dragons will breathe fire on you when you range them. The other dragons will not (except KDB). Exactly right about the range bonus. It's like Attack in melee. Crystal Bow is as good or better than rune arrows until it degrades to 2/10. Don't have much experience with Karils. The bolts are expensive and you can't recover them. People mainly use them to range Ahrim since you get a lot of bolts from the chest in Barrows. Since they upgraded the crossbows, they have become a great range weapon. The bolts can get expensive though unless you can smith your own.
