SOL? Mind explaining what that is?

I've been cutting yews for a while, and I recently reached 88 woodcutting. While it isn't that great in today's standards, it's still a reasonablly high level. I thought that around this level I would start making good money with yews, right? WRONG. I average around 3-5 yews per tree before it falls, and they are very slow. I'm f2p, and there aren't any good spots with yews. Even the most inconvenient places are packed, in pvp worlds as well. I know that the harder it is to cut yews, the higher the price it would be, but this is just ridiculous...

If you're ever in Ottawa, Canada, you absolutely HAVE to skate the 7.8 km long rideau canal while eating a beavertail.

I don't get in much trouble anymore, but I have one incident that comes to mind: 1. This kid ratted on me for flaming him on facebook and sending him a shock site saying it was asian porn. Apparently his boss saw that and almost fired him. Gf s0n. :thumbsup:

My break is nearing the end. It was really epic though. I jammed with friends almost every day, and I was always doing something. I wasted so much money on food and stuff like that though. :wall:

To be honest, I don't think it matters. If people want to no-life in their basement and waste their life on runescape, that's purely their choice. How will it benefit by talking about how nerdy other people are? I know I used to play a lot, and now I play very little.

This is great because before, Jagex was skeptical about fan sites. It's nice to know that our informative and warm community changed that opinion.

You think this is bad? I remember a time when F2P Ranged was limited to oak bows and steel arrows. There have been many good additions to F2P since last year; maybe you just don't know about them. For magic, Combat Robes and Druidic Robes work wonders aside from the recharging costs. I personally love Runecrafting robes. They are so worth it. Also, teleblock was recently added to F2P. :thumbsup: F2p Ranged is decent I guess. We have green dragonhide coifs, which are alright except for the recharging. I would like to see yew bows added to F2P, but I think that rune arrows is over doing it. You should get 99 Ranged for constant 18s. It works wonders in Bounty Hunter when you no arm fight.

Dragon legs when they were 2.5 million. \ If Corrupt Dragon items count, I PKed a battleaxe, scimitar, and square shield. That's about 6 million in PKs right there. :D

287. :thumbsup: Your argument is from the perspective of someone who mindlessly grinds to train. What about the people who actually want to have fun? Even though Slayer isn't the fastest XP, it's the scenic route on the metaphoric journey to training combat. It provides variety, and it provides cool drops. Sure, they may not make that much profit, but it's always cool seeing something new. For example, I just laugh when I see Jellies die.

Oh man, the good ol' days. It was back in 2004, and my friend showed me this crazy game called Runescape. Actually, I made my first account in like 2001 but I couldn't get past the tutorial. :( Anyways, I remember having so much fun when I first started. I remember finding a big pile of st0ffs including an Adamant Pickaxe, which I kept for at least 2 years. I also remember making my first 100k from mining coal for 3 days straight.
