Well, a filter for minor swears would be good, but I would still be ok with the s and f words being blocked.

Now your putting rangers and all at a disadvantage, the max value of their equipment is like, 20mish with armadyl and all, but no one really pks in that, but the max price for a meleers outfit is somewhere in the 110m range, with a godsword and bandos. A mage is even lower, and i'm not counting third age, since ahrims is basically the same as it. The thing is, a ranger with a 20k outfit could beat a meleer with a 3m outfit, and I have done that before, at only 83 range. I hit a 48 or so with dragon bolts, then another 30 something to finish the off, before they had a chance to hit me for more than 20. You system caters to meleers, and makes it unfair for rangers and mages, because in the long run, they will have spent, most likely, around 50m for range or more getting it to 99, and a mage spends either around 20m with alchs, or 50m with stuns (if i remember right), and so why is it fair that they are only allowed to win stuff worth 100k? that's nothing. Bounty hunter is already a bad game, an this would only make it worse in my opinion

No. I admit, it needs reworking, but this is jut far overpowered. The thing is, there are plenty of 99 smithers out there, and all that new fancy armor would become common in a matter of months, and it would kill the market for monster hunters and clue hunters, though with gwd you could still get hilts, but those are much rarer. and, at 59 smithing, a measly 250k odd xp, you could add 6 to your hits? way overpowered. That would mean that it would be a constant six. Maybe instead sharpening increase the weapons stats instead.

Ranged. 400k an hour at high levels at avianses and dragons, and even higher if you get lucky at sara or arma gwd.

Nothing. Unless they can remove it completely with no more negative affects, then nothing. Sure, some people will still use rwt, but in the long run, it doesn't matter, the percent that does is now dwarfed, as it is more expensive, and slower. All mmos will have rwt to some point, there's not much you can do about it.

Rune daggers seem to remain steady, at least if i remember right. They always sell instantly when i get them as a drop

As said to you in other forums, sometimes using profanity is the best way to express yourself. Let's look at the censor, you can't even say the word butt. I am constantly wanting to say things like "aw, that sucks" and what not, and saying, "aw, that stinks" just sounds childish. You can't say damn, and so on. I wish they would at least give the option to turn of the censor for mild things, like sucks, damn, etc.

There were no ads when there were only a small amount of people playing, thus it costs less to upkeep, and they only added them when they asked for donations, but barely got any.

If you were addressing me with that post, you really have no experience in pking. For example, if I was a level 100, with 99 range, blackhide, accumulator, snakeskin boots, a glory, a rune c bow, karils helm and 30 dragonstone enchanted bolts my value would be roughly 150k, yet I could easily kill a guy dressed up in full dharoks with level 100 melee stats. Also, this selects someone close to your combat level and value, right? That's not what you did at edgeville, who would you rather fight? a guy with 45 defence, 99 strength and 75 attack, or a guy with 70 defense and 75 strength and attack (I know those wouldn't equal the same exact combat level, but you get the point). The second guy of course, sure his defense might be a bit higher, but a guy with 99 strength could spec you out easily with a dds. Alternatively, a ancient in mystic top and d hide legs and runes and all would only have about 100k-200k value, but could take out a guy in dharoks with barrage easily. Two people with the same combat level and equipment value are not the same strength. Fat, I don't know if you were talking to me, but for a start, I think removing the wilderness was one of the worst changes, and could have been done better in many different ways. I wouldn't say removing the wilderness was removing a skill, though pking did take actual skill, more so than just about any other official skill. And either way, if you were addressing me, that's not what this thread is even about.

The main issue is, if any of the bigger fansites want to try to win, they have to get only 100 of the absolute best, all maxed out or close to combat people, which means that almost everyone else won't be able to join in.

But look at it, if rsc wins, they will win it all, if tipit wins, they will win it all. It's best to just have the best paired with the worst, then medium with medium.

Great, now you have no real choice in who you fight! Awesome! Yes, RWT happens in a small amount at bounty hunter, but in the long run, it is still a tiny fraction of what it used to be. Now you are just taking a bad minigame already and making it worse. In all games rwt happens a bit, you have to just accept that, you can try to prevent it, but you can't stop all of it. For example. If jagex wanted to make rwt go away completely, there would be no risky pvp, and you could only log on to your account from 1 ip adress. Granted, you couldn't log in if you moved or anything, or if you had a dynamic IP, but it would stop rwt right? Is it worth it? no.

For a start, real hacking does not happen. It's keyloggers. If you have at all decent virus protection, it will prevent that. A real hacker would have to remotely access your computer (trojan), then what? Unless you have your passwords stored in your computer, then there's nothing they can do, apart from hacking jagex, in which case jagex would know, and they could take legal action.

Catapults are used for mainly walls, ballistas were mostly anti people. Maybe add something to make this make more sense, like there are some towers that magers and rangers can sit it, and can shoot further from, but ballistas can destroy.

No, it's not. all good mage robes need defense, ahrims, mystic, split and so on.

DVD, other than ahrims and splitbark no members robes have any slash or whatever defense, other than a few points. Ahrims has a bit, and splitbarks has a bit more, but splitbark is useless. Veracs armor is the closest your gonna get, and it costs a fair bit.
