on a nice morning im trying to sell my sara skirt for 200k cash, suddenly a dude walks in, trades me and offers 1 mil(1000k) for a sara skirt.

 

 

 

off course i accepted, and then he flipped it away and he changed it to 10k

 

 

 

or a 1 with lots of 0's.

 

 

 

i saw his attemp to scam me and declined immeadiatly and what does the noob say: kallenkootx is a scammer, report him!!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i've explained shouting that the other noob framed me.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

but have noobs who didnt get what they wanted or couldnt scam you framed you ?

You are getting mad at apparent 'noobs' when your being one yourself.....lol. Not all low levels are 'noobs' they are just new to the game and are trying to learn the game, just like you did. Sure theres a lot of annoying ones too, and there are the few scammers. However they are NOT all like that, so you don't be the noob. :)

anyway, in your case, you'll have to report him for item scamming. If Jagex couldn't track attempted trade scams then how come scammers after being reported for item scamming don't get away with it?

its not offensive to me, but for such a thing to beconsidered even a word and its frequency of useage annoys me, and i report people for saying it because of that. not that it offends me on a personal lvl.

Meh, someone told me that they had reported me for being invisible yesterday... I just said "that's nice" and went about my firemaking... If you've done nothing wrong, you have no need to worry. Certainly don't give anyone else cause to legitimately report you by flying off the handle.
