Wish they'd waste less time developing temporary holiday events and focus on long term permanent game updates. I agree completely. This month looks like garbage again...only thing I'm a tad exited for is the jewellery, and the Slayer jewellery.I agree with both of you.. Lep didn't you say you'd quit if this month was lame? Lol God they need some decent updates... The jewelery was the only thing that sparked any interest but know Jagex it will more than likely blow...... April 2, 200719 yr I'm hoping the new CW bracelet will allow helmets - maybe insead of the hood 'n' cloak, something more like the BA icons? Set effects in CW ftw~ At least I hope it's something that will be worth losing the barrows gloves for.

April 2, 200719 yr Sounds like an OK month. I'm looking forward to the jewellery update and the goblin - dwarf tunnel. Tbh, I'm sick of walking to Rellekka every time I want to go to Kelda. I hope by "new necklaces" they mean that we can finally enchant our current useless necklaces (emerald to onyx)... If not, well... it'll come one day. Bracelets sound cool, I'm getting bored of having to wear gloves all the time. Bracelets sound pretty useless to me, I have my barrow gloves and I doubt they'll release something better statwise. Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.

April 2, 200719 yr the crafting updates delights me! Not only because I had always thought of myself as a crafter, but it shows that JaGeX is still interested in improving old features, not just adding new ones. Can't wait for it! All I learned in life, I learned on Tip.it
April 2, 200719 yr How very shocking that the whiners have appeared within 10 posts of this being put up. Because after all, the only thing Jagex does right is when they do exactly what YOU want, not trying to appeal to every person that plays runescape. Never mind that holiday events are a tradition that everyone would go nuts about if they stopped doing them. Never mind that plenty of people enjoy the storylines of things like the HAM vs. the Dorgeshuun, or that the crafting update is incredibly exciting. Weren't you supposed to quit? Shoo fly.

Emerald necklace=binding necklace I am very excited about the new jewelry. Not just because the uses sound pretty interesting and almost usefull, but because this jewelry update means Jagex is actually looking to improve upon existing features. I can only hope that they continue this trend and extend good updates like this to other skills that have been completely lacking on updates (like SMITHING :x ) The last thing smithers got was that stupid bow-sword thing...that still doesn't have a use. Oh, and as far as these new bracelets go...I am very skeptical that they will outshine my "barrows" gloves. :-k Need assistance in any of these skills? PM me in game, my private chat is always ON
April 2, 200719 yr hopefully this new "slayer jewlery" can respark my love for slayer also the rest of the jewlery looks intresting i hate quests unless rewards are worth it so doubt ill enjoy them weeks but meh bring on the jewlery update i say =D>

All these pointless updates don't appeal to anyone. The low levels which the updates are designed to appeal to don't even read the updates or are too busy being occupied with all of the other undiscovered aspects of the game. Though, I guess if Jagex made "high-level" updates, they'd think level 80+ is high level instead of 90+ or 100+

Well I enjoy them, I'm hardly a high level player, middle if anything, but I still enjoy the odd quest - partly because I enjoy the humour, stories and history of runescape - I guess if thats not your thing then it won't appeal to you. I do sympathise with your want for high level updates but in no way do these updates appeal to nobody.

April 2, 200719 yr Pointless month for me, just more quests to do to keep my cape, hope they are relatively good. Easter update was bull, stupid outfit. Jewelry? Hah, cw jewelry and slayer are only ones that sound interesting, but i probably won't be able to afford/make. No siree.
