If I was totally horny at that age, I'd probably be going at it as well. Obviously, if its so easy to just "accidently" forget to tell kids "and by the way you'll go to jail if you do it too young and you may put the girl in shock if she gets pregnant" there's not only something wrong with the kids but also with the teachers.
