How many of you happen to have got a fighter torso? Do you think it was worth the time invested in obtaining one, im not sure if I should go for one or not, and how long did it actually take for you to obtain one?

i dont have one and dono if i ever will, i would hate so much to lose it becasue u cant sell it back :-k

Yes i have a torso and is the body i now use the most. The body took me around...hmm about 2-3 days of getting points for it but its definatly worth it if you want a very high slash def and a nice str bonous. Some bad points about the torso is it has bad stab and crush bonous ( about 20 less than rune plate but still better slash). If i was you i would get it is a nice thing to train/pk with. \

No, i don't own one. I don't think i really will get around to get one, i don't think highly of them. :|

I say maybe 3-4 full games a day of it i did until i got it but its quite a good piece of armour.

I have one, i mainly wear it just to look good while slayering tbh, the str bonus isnt enough to really effect my hits.

Took ~3 days to get.

I got level 5 in each stat. Didn't fell like getting the torso like my friends. So I tried and be different. Now if i'm bored I will try and get the torso.

It's the only armour which gives a strength bonus, useful for showing how high you can hit, useful against monsters who have a poor attack as you'll be hitting high on them. I got one just so I can have the highest strength bonus but it doesn't give as good defence as a barrows armour.

Ill try to get one this weekend ill read the guides and which ever if anybody wants to team up i'd be glad to join you just add me I really like the look of the torso myself goes great with a freminik helm and granite/rune legs

But ya to starter ya its worth it :wink: and expect to use about 2 to 3 days of your time to get it

now somebody just has to add me and teach me to barb assault!

I went on World 6, and took about 4 games to get it. Wasnt difficult, wasnt time consuming because I had great teams, being a defender sucks but that torso was worth it!

 

 

 

I have full dragon for looks and Guthan for serious slaying and barrows but the fighter torso with a pair of d legs and then having str boosting equipment is good for just standard training and for showing off high hitting ownage :)

 

 

 

I just need to save up for a fury ammy and a berserker ring now and i'll be in 'zerker heaven. :thumbsup:

I do have one and I enjoyed playing the game (its a lot of fun when you have a good team). So yes, it was worth it.

If you are with a good team, BA is worth playing by itself. The torso is just an added bonus.

 

 

 

The torso is not technically worth the time put into it. It allows you to hit maybe 0 - 2 more damage, but you lose a lot of defense. However wearing the torso feels like wearing a rare - it's psychologically rewarding.

if you lose a fighter torso do you have to get all the points again.

 

i dont know if its worth the effort if you end up losing it.

If you have a hard time with the queen ask your team if they might want to reset after wave 8~9 so they can skip that wave.

I don't have one. I'd really like one but I'm still stuck on level 9 of BA. I gave up after about 10 unsuccessful games. Not enough people are committed to be a team(people kept leaving halfway through game). I think it's worth it if you have a good team but it's not worth the hassle of dealing with people not being good teammates.

thats like asking if fire capes are worth getting. Of course it is. What other body armour items give str and attack bonuses? (what other plates)

Yes and not really :lol: . I was bored and I had an entire day to blow so I just went to BA and go it that day. Took like 7 hours though #-o . I havn't used it since I have gotten it either : .
