Lowest i've seen are: eat b0ltz (lvl 80 with hp cape), bx fool (lvl 77?) and also lvl 74 with it, although can't remember name. May 22, 200719 yr I don't know if it counts, but my friend knew a lvl 52? Who PCed about 90 hp then dueled with rune knives at like 60 range and 1 defence 1 prayer. Won like 500m. Don't say you would get cb lvls before enough points for 90, you can PC without doing any form of combat. a 52 with 90 HP?? i dont think thats possible if you can PC with low combat stats. May 22, 200719 yr I have seen a guy around level 85-88 (I don't remember exactly). He was a nice hybrid (99 mage and range). I asked him how did he got it at that level and he said by PC.
