Well let's see here. Since i'm only 43 slayer (Depressing I know) and I have yet to train it high, I don't think I should try to get to 90. I heard it might take me a lifetime... :

The dark bow is by far the most anticipated update of the month, so I would expect it will come out the final week in June.

 

 

 

Not being a member atm, and having 64 slayer, I have doubts that I'll make it...

25k to lvl 89... And if I get it today, then it means I got 88-89 in 6 days, which is pretty good I think.

 

If I keep up this rate I might even be able to get 90 slayer for next monday (the 18th)

 

If it is the week after that even, I should definitely have it :D

WILD PIES ftw? :mrgreen: I'll buy a few thousands :o

 

But I'm still training slayer so that it will be easier to pie.

~I'm at 80 Slayer and 113 Combat. I'll worry about getting to 99 next year, when all the buzz about the Dark Bow dies down. I should manage to get past 90 before making Combat out, considering i Cannon-ize everything Cannon-ize-able. I assume many people don't care. It'll be big for like a month, then people will forget about Slayer, once again.~

Tbh slayer monsters arent more packed then usual.. maybe couple new slayers...

I mean ya sure you can pie them...but an extra slayer lvl per minute? only 22 inventory spots left open after the morner gear.

 

 

 

Plus you gotta factor in the few items u will prolly have to remove (since you cant get past if your wearing a whip with morner gear etc.)

 

 

 

And assuming your taking prayer potions, you wont have as many, or taking guthans healing more but also being hit more when they do hit high, and etc etc. (I still think pies will hardly be worth it :lol: )

No need to have pity on me either Toxic. I am 84,660 exp away from 90 Slayer. At the rate I've been going, I'll have 90 sometime today or Saturday.

I'm actually not being a [wagon]. At 90 Slayer, on a trip to Darks beasts, your inventory is already filled enough that there is virtually no space for wild pies, which will make your trip shorter. :cry:

Klank way = Takes forever.

 

Death altar = Bringing stuff through the wild and abyss

I thought I was going to stop at 85 but I liked slayer so much I just kept going. I'm 87 now and was before news of this new update.

I'm just getting 70...lol

 

I dislike slayer, just too annoying to train sometimes, yet sometimes you just want to train it so badly.

The problem with Slayer is that whenever you want to train it fast, it seems like they always give you the horrible/slow assignments. I'm glad I was able to get 90 before the announcement. Also, since this will just be a change to the Dark Beast droplist, it would really stink if Jagex decided to make the change as a hidden update. The first person to find out about it would be some lucky 90+ doing a Dark Beast Slayer assignment.

it always stayed in my mind too continue slayer but with this update im sure to do it :P

Im a rather big fan of Slayer, but im only like 60/61 now.

 

And I haven't renewed my membership yet.
