Well, my story goes a little something like this....

 

 

 

Me and my friend were messing around in French class. I grabbed his paper and jokingly put it in the recycling (sp?) bin. I bent over to pick it up and hand it back to him, when he pushed me. I went forward and smashed my face into the wall. So, I got up, turned around and punched him in the face. I grabbed him by the collar and started shoving him around, when the "fight" got broken up. I say "fight" because it wasn't really a fight, more like me pissed because he shoved me into a wall. But, the administration at the school considered it a fight, and suspended me for two days, during finals week!! I miss 3 finals, and have to make them up next week when I'm not even supposed to be in school! This makes 2 suspensions this year (first for stealing candy from the school store :lol: ), and three total suspensions during highschool (freshman year for breaking a kids nose in a fight). EDIT:I guess you just had to be there.

I didn't start a "fake fight". I was joking around in class when he pushed me, and I retaliated.

I got suspended in middle school and had to miss the end of the year party during 7th grade. Some kid, whom I had never seen, jumped on top o me and started choking me (I guess I made fun of one of his friends or something, why would he be the one to try and start something and not the kid I made fun of :?: ). Oh well, I fought back, and the art teacher had to pull us off of each other. I got to go to my mom's work while all the other kids had free pizza and coke, because my mom didn't want me having any fun... I got suspended for something else too in 7th grade, I can't recall what though.

What i mean is your friends first intention was likely just a friendly push, but you were in the wrong position, and you were accidentally harmed.

I've slept longer than that.Well not really, just makes it seem insignifcant, because it is.

 

 

 

Anyway I've lost count of the amount of times I've been suspended, longest was over a period of like 5-6 months.

 

 

 

Can't afford to be kicked out now as I'm in my senior years of High School.

Your friend does sound like an idiot but heh, so does putting the paper in the bin tbh.

 

 

 

Never been suspended myself but tons of people in my year have:

 

 

 

Breaking security cameras in locker room

 

Stealing phones

 

Bunking

 

Bullying

 

Really short hair

 

 

 

 

 

etc..

As someone who's been suspended from school several times for fighting alone, I'm just going to call this whole thing out as BS. First off, I was pretty fearless in school, but even I wouldn't up and start a fist fight in the middle of a class. That's just plain moronic. Secondly, fist fights in school are rare enough with enemies, let alone with your FRIENDS? Come on now. If you got suspended, it's probably from doing something stupid, not being some uber tough face-puncher extraordinaire.

 

 

 

Fights in school are rarely full-contact anyways. I was suspended 4 times for fighting that I can recall, and only 2 of them actually involved throwing a punch. It's usually pushing and stuff.

 

 

 

*Shrug* I just get kinda' tired of people coming on here trying to sound badass. Fighting isn't cool. Read a book. I wish I had fought less and studied more, because fighting didn't get me anywhere special. Talk to me in 10 years, if I'm in the UFC (hint: I won't be :P) then I'll retract that statement!

I had something similar with a friend of mine. I made a joke about his mother which he picked up a big wrong, well, I don't think there's a 'right' way to pick it up. I called his mother a woman who has got sex with other men for money. But it wasn't meant serious or something. So when I stood up to go to my teacher he stood up as well and hit me in the back, and a fight came. Wasn't suspended though, we talked it out and nothing else.
