I think it would be by some manner of complete luck that someone got that on their 1st kill/was able to buy from somone who got it on their first kill and then got hit 50 times by dragon fire Then used it in area, unlikly but 50 sounds "Good" since it has 50 charges, dont know if i would prefer one 50 over the amazing stats Rofl.
