Apparently this drop makes dragon drops look common. ie. this drop is VERY rare That would seem plausible, considering the great stats of the shield. These draconic visages won't be too common, because they'd just make all the other shields obsolete. Too bad I just finished a blue dragon slayer assignment...

You could hit 60s with dragon bolts even before the update so... As this has been said, the drops seems very, very rare, dont know anyone with the shield yet, and might not see the effects any time soon. This seems to be one of those high level updates like fire cape and 3rd age- only the few really lucky and fortuanate can cut profits from it. First to 99 Farming on 27. September, 2005.First to 3766 Port Score on 20. March, 2014.First to 4664 Port Score on 2. March, 2015.

I wouldn't expect them to be rarer than a half shield - Why? Because MORE things in the game drop half shield, only about 5 or 6 monsters drop this. Maybe the same rarity, but It wouldn't make sense for it to be much rarer than that. And I've had confirmation these are "very rare". So yeah, only expect one or two of these by the end of the day.
