I don't know if this belongs here or in the Gallery because it seems it can really be anywhere, so if it is in the wrong place, please move. Thank you.

Alright, so I made a video in Flash (Woop-di-doo) and it involves Transformers as transvestites. It's called Transvestors. Sooo, I added it onto YouTube on June 22, 2007 and it's now... June 25, 2007 and there's already an article written about me... It even says my real name and knows stuff I haven't told anyone... Wierd. I think it's pretty weird, but still... I only uploaded it 3 days ago.

If anyone doesn't know,

is a movie spoof on Transformers and making them transvestites. Optimus Prime, of course, is a girl. I decided to make it for fun. This was only my second video. My first on sucked, which is in my sig.

Well does anyone else think that's weird because none of my friends even now about the video because I only told my parents and none of my parents would go and post that. It says information that only I really know of and my Dad...

Wow that is pretty weird. Both the video concept and the fact that they knew who you were. My only guess is they might have contacted your ISP... or actually since Google owns YouTube, and Google is sort of known for hording info from it's customers, Google may have given your name. Still seems illegal though

Oh and I'd remove that link to the article, as you mentioned it has your full real name

Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.

Were those trivia facts about you correct to? :uhh:

Yeah. Everything was. I stopped making characters walking because I had a difficult time making them walk. Plus, my Dad's first Mortgage Company was called "Transvestors" and he used to make fun of it by calling it "Transvestites", so that's why I used the name.

I had a pop-up telling me my address, name and every website I'd ever visited once. Scared the life out of me. It's really scary to think that people are watching you.

Ahh the old iframe trick showing your my documents folder. Commonly used a few years back by companies that sell history clearing programs. None of that information was kept server site or sent to the website it was pulled right from your computer using exploits to display information. The ppl serving the popups didn't know anything.

I've had a similar thing happening to me. A friend of mine made a website for my theatre project. The site turned out really well, so he blogged about it. I posted on his blog with "Helena", thanking him for the great work. Now, in real life, I have a nickname known to my friends and acquaintances only. Let's say it's Mia. Some time later, another person replied on the blog saying

Mia is sexy

Mia really blew me away! She is beautiful ;-)

I never ever use this name on the Internet. Nor was there a picture of me to be found on either the blog or the website. The guy's IP tracked back to Spain. How did this dude know my name? And how could he know what I look like? My friend didn't know the guy either... Decidedly creepy.

Wow. I would be scared as heck if I saw this.

That is, you could be doing this as a joke (on us), or a friend could be (on you).

You can't ever find a place that's nice and peaceful, because there isn't any. You may think there is, but once you get there, when you're not looking, somebody'll sneak up and write "(bleep) you" right under your nose. Try it sometime. I think, even, if I ever die, and they stick me in a cemetery, and I have a tombstone and all, it'll say "Holden Caulfield" on it, and then what year I was born and what year I died, and then right under that it'll say "(bleep) you."
