Those who wish to do the new questions can add it to their old post...or do it again if they wish, as the boxes are boxes are not up front. We all know these "implied" rules in Runescape that aren't stated by Jagex themselves. Are these actually called 'rules' or are they just guidelines put in by players to try to keep other players in line. To me, the rules are what Jagex states, not what other players say. We also all know that player killers, or so they call themselves, place a plethora of invented rules and an "honor" system on pking. No tagging. No teleporting. No protect prayers. No double eating. Basically, you can't do anything because it breaks some imaginary rule. However, how many of you follow those rules? How many of you just do as the general public does to avoid problems and arguments? Or do you do the opposite? Do you purposely break these rules because you see no point in them. You may ask, where the hell are you going with this. The thinkers in the group might already have an idea based on the title. My question is, do you say one thing, and do the other? For example, do you put down rc pkers to their faces when you pass them by in the wild? But, have you ever tried it once? Face it, most of us have. When the abyss came out, you know you parked yourself there with mage gear and tried pking rune crafters. Glories were 100k then...wasn't so bad. So, here is a list of a few I could think of where people could be hypocritical, or times you just flat out lie PLEASE DISCUSS! don't just take the survery or say "Ya Im honest sry." That's just being strange.. anywayz....When one of my "Rich" friends would give me an item to lend or to swap between his other accounts I'd just pretend to hide in an obvious place lol I'd never take it tho cuz that's like REALLY unfair. It's good fun winding them up tho =P until they find me. lol. Viv Posted June 29, 2007 Share Posted June 29, 2007 alot of my freinds randomly pm me for law runes so i usually say i dont have any when i do but am too lazy and dont feel like selling them.... its ok to turn your private chat off when people keep playing. i usually remove people without saying anything rather than "be back later" i play alot everyday but........yah i do call people nolifers when they play all day. i usuallly dont tell people i dont wanna add my friendslist is full just add them and then remove them later if i dont like them. yah autoers are annoying when they compete for resources but without them we have expensive stuff. i usually tell my parents i have something to do when its really rs lol! We both tried to guess each other passwords just for fun, but since we were on the same computer it didn't really matter. If i pked or rced alot, i'd probably have a bunch more on the list.
