Hahaha I haven't tasted piss yet so can't answer your question but a lot of people don't like it. The taste is something you get used to, I just like the energy rush it gives me, although don't drink too much of it or you'll start running around, twitching :lol: The only people who tell you that you can't do something are those who have already given up on their own dreams so feel the need to discourage yours. I can't answer that question either, I don't take medicine I'm a bit of a hippy and take natural vitamins :P I have never tasted rockstar either. Taurine (found in the drink) is named after the greek taurus, which means bull so I guess that is how they got the name red bull? There is a little evidence that it reduces blood pressure, and helps to increase your metabolism. It is thought to be helpful with anxiety, hyperactivity, poor brain function and epilepsy as well as hydrating the brain Sallamander Concepts 2007. I'm quite a forgetful person and I find if I have a red bull it helps my memory. Here's another interesting fact (sorry in my spare time I just research everything, it's a habit). Taurine also plays an important role in the brain. Some researchers believe that taurine can be a beneficial dietary supplement for people who suffer from bipolar disorder (manic depression) American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Vol. 71, 2007 and The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, (2007) claims that taurine has been shown to be useful in treating people with alcohol dependency. In people undergoing alcohol withdrawal, taurine given at 1 gram 3 times per day for 7 days resulted in significantly fewer psychotic episodes when compared to people who were taking a placebo. Yet another study involving over 3,000 alcohol dependent people with who were given taurine at similar doses showed that taurine is more effective than placebo at preventing alcohol relapse. The effectiveness of this taurine supplement appeared to be dependent on the dose given. This weekend I 'invented' a 'cocktail' that will knock you on your arse. Double vodka of your choice, a shot of apple and blackcurrent, a shot of pineapple and orange, and then top it up with Smirnoff Ice. It's severely dangerous. La lune ne garde aucune rancune. Favorite Milk Bev.: I like plain milk but I also like this mix between hot chocolate and coffee but it has to have a certain type of belguim(I think) imported cocoa and has to be not that sweet. But a nice tasting medicine at that. :wink: Though my favorite(s) would be a combination of Cocca Cola, V and Warragamba Dam (for all those Sydney-Siders out there :P ). I had a huge addiction to it a while ago, but i got over it once winter started and i almost got hypothermia walking home drinking one. My fav drink is probably Pepsi Max though, its goooood stuff. With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason.
