13_19_16
One function that's usually overlooked but extremely useful is that you can use your entire house to save items if you're going to die. When you die in your house you don't lose anything, so as long as you make it in you're home free.
Platinum_Myr
I really should get 67 for that lecturn.. Then go mine some clay and make some teletabs :o Yeah, dieing in your home is nice ;) Also, since they updated how you take damage, it's very cool. If you heal, you are ahead, but if you get injured, your set back to what you entered with. GrayBlizzard
Am I mistaken that you get full exp in combat rings? If it IS true, then you could find that very useful to train mage on another person, using a mud staff and body rune spells, while wearing a negative magic offense bonus outfit so you never hit. Just hit that baby, wait and die and voila! You're now alive with all your items? I have all the 99s, and have been playing since 2001. Anything after that will just take too long.

darkpoet837
My favorite use for my house is when doing treasure trails. Even with out a portal room, a charged glory is really nice thing to have. Also, having my house in rekkella makes it perfect for gathering snape grass from the island (dont remember wich one, dang it). Other than that, the costume room saves countless bank spaces, and helps protect some items from being hacked (it also helpls that my membership ran out, so my full blk mystic is safe nomater how hard they try to get it :D ) [hide]Come, be my light.Mingle with my darknessMay we mix to createOur own twilight sunsetThe dusk breezeSpreading cloudsOn our murky horizon~Darkpoet837~[/hide]

I'm fairly certain that since the magic offensive penalty in the suit is greater than the defensive penalty, you can get the offensive low enough to use on another player. Etta
Useful things to have in your house? Id have to say a portal room, mounted glory and altar. To make the altar extra nifty, make it gilded ^^ If i ever were bothered to get a decent construction, i would get those things. I have an altar at the moment, tea ftw :
