I was looking at the girl topic and I got this topic idea. In a romantic relation, what kind of person are you looking for? Opposites, alikes? Short term, long term? Do you fall in love with your "type" of person, or just with random people? Tell us everything :P Hopefully we can can a clearer idea of what people like in a partner. And don't list a huge list of qualities, because we have to be realist, we can never get everything, so we must focus on the few things that are the most important for us.

i don't really have any preferences. I like skinny/medium kind of sized girls, good personality. Being a gamer as well is a huge plus. :P

I just like the athletic and intelligient ones. Dunno why, but those are my only big pre-requisites I've got. She don't got to be super funny, she doesn't have to love parties, she doesn't have to be the next top Chef, just athletic and intelligient :) . Kind weird with the whole "opposites attract" thing, since those two characteristics are my only good qualities >_<.

I need intense and passionate people, because I'm very intense myself. Also, I need someone highly intelligent, I can't stand stupidity. Apart from that, I'm geered towards short-term, I don't think people like me can ever get long-term. My record is 3 months. In a nutshell, intense, sensual, intelligent, self-confident, sexy lips are a big plus that's what I love, and I really dont care what their flaws are, as long as they are what I mentioned, I will be crazy about them. In practical, I fell for lots of people. Usually people displaying certain attraits I love, but I value incredibly those who are close to my "ideal", they just can't be compared to the non-ideals.

I like old fashioned, romantic, long term, intelligent, shy girls.

Personality wise, I like men who are intelligent. I also like guys who have a good sense of humor but know when to be serious as well. I like a guy who can be my boyfriend, and also my best friend. I like patience, open-mindedness, thoughtfulness, kindness and understanding. I like a guy who isn't afraid to show or talk about his emotions, and is supportive. I tend to go for guys who are talkative and extroverted because I tend to be the opposite. However, I don't like it when a guy just can't seem to sit still and shut up.

I'm an average chick who isn't ugly or fat but I do get extremely territorial when a nice perky model is near. My censors goÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ this woman is a threat to me. I trust my partner, I donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t trust the threat. Then I usually do something silly like skip lunch because I feel fat or go on a gym and health food spree so I can feel that she's no longer a threat to me lol :-k I'm a little insecure time to time and I do like to be reminded that I look nice or that I'm loved... I really only like smart girls, I just can't interest myself in the dumb blonde type, I don't care how hot she is. I want to be able to have an intelligent conversation with her, and for her to be able to appreciate humor well. It's also nice if we share interests i.e. if she's a gamer, is in band, likes swimming, etc. I don't want her to be hideous but don't need her to be a beauty queen. In fact the glitzy glamorous type annoys me greatly.

 

Oh, and brown is the sexiest of all the hair colors. In just about any length, but I think it looks prettier un-braided and not in a ponytail, just loose.

For a long time in my current relationship (which has lasted for over 2 and half years) I didn't trust anyone. I didn't trust him, I didn't trust any other female whatsoever. :P I've very recently gotten to the point where I've been able to completely trust him, though I still don't trust some of the company he keeps. Mainly because I just don't know them. But, I trust him greatly and he's proven his loyalty to me. ^_^ So, I don't feel so bad. I do feel insecure from time to time, but my boyfriend does a good job of making me feel pretty and loved. :D
