im torn between spider, small rats, and giant spiders....... :-k

 

Giant spiders are sort of like a afk training for high level in sos. small rats are sometimes for stuff like cursing for low levels and pures(since they hits 0s). But i don't know any things for the spiders :( .

nobody kills em...theyre just there

 

 

 

as for npc...id say the guy in lumby swamp, he gives you ghost speak amulet...or doric but lots of npcs nearby at rimmington...or that sailor that goes with you to crandor

 

not ned, the other one...i beleive he stays on that island forever :P

I would have to say imps or greater demons.

 

 

 

Imps are so fickle and hard to find so they are not that great to train on.

 

 

 

Greater demons are in the wilderness and bloodthirsty pkers tour there.

Seagulls I'd have to say.

The high level ghosts in the SOS? They hit hard on members armor so I doubt anyone in f2p would kill those.

The caged zamorak monk in Varrock castle. Who would ever kill that guy.

The monsters in the port sarim jail, haven't seen anyone train (ranged) there since the release of SoS.

Lol, but if you count elvarg out, the probably greater demons cos their my lvl (92) but in like lvl 420598280974 wilderness.

al-kharid witch! yes definetly! shes always in her little house and not many ppl know about her. seriously out of the way attackable monster

IMO that must be spider at 3rd lvl SOS (lvl 24, general, small one)

 

 

 

Why?

 

(1) remote

 

(2) lvl 50 giant spiders nearby (actually they are mixed). Out of lower lvls' reach as lvl50 giant spiders are strong foes, while those around lvl100 (in fact, below lvl 101 be make them agessive) don't kill them as they're simply weak and kill those lvl 50 instead for fastest xp in f2p

 

(3) no loot

Outlaws, as they are in a relatively out of the way and untravelled area, with no good drops.

 

 

 

Ghosts (anywhere, but particularly SoS).

 

 

 

What makes monsters unpopular, is the reverse odf what makes them popular (obvious or what).

 

 

 

Good drops, versus no/bad drops

 

Convenient location, or miles from anywhere

 

Safespotting, or no safespotting (mage/range choice only)

 

Good level training* / poor level training

 

 

 

* The level training aspect is generlly based on rate of damage out, favouring monsters with enough hitpoints to take one or more full hits, not too high defence, plenty of them - versus damage in, causing you to use food.

 

 

 

While popular monsters never have all the positives, the unpopular ones have many negatives - about the only plus point of Outlaws is that there are plenty of them, but they are on the tough side for lower levels and a bit weak on hitpoints for higher levels.

As far as I know, you can't attack her. But as some others has said, I have to go with outlaws. Iv'e been playing for alot more than a year and I didn't even know about them until like a month ago.

tree ents.... as most f2p hardcore wcers are macroers and they just run when tree ents come...

I'd say Greater Demons, not too many people train on those..

The least attacked F2P monster, heck ain't that an easy one?

 

First of all, it would be Elvarg, as you can only kill it once ever! and by far not everyone can kill it.

 

 

 

As for the greater demons --> 2 rune large helmets (best F2P drop) from them. I' love to train on them at wildy ruins.

 

Red spiders --> Great grinding material
