It might cost a little bit more with prayer pots but in the house with the bar you could get a huge amount more exp. If you want to not lose tons of money, use ALL those runes in barrows. I know you said you would get the money back via barrows, but if you want to do that, then you really shouldn't waste any in cw. EDIT: Also, if you want to have fun, then use them on barrows and cwars maybe... Soz to flame your thread with indecisiveness... but still...
