mcneilp Posted October 4, 2007 Share Posted October 4, 2007 Personnally, the only people i've seen (with no apparent 1337 music skills as back up) that can look repectable (eg. business man, suit like..you know the type :D ) with long hair are italians...don't get me wrong, there are lots of musically talented, long haired italians, i just haven't met any of them. Imo, short hair > long. I like short hair as it doesn't tickle the inside of your ear...get in your eyes when on bike/windy. A good friend of mine has his hair down to about his shoulders, and I've got to say, he looks like an idiot with it. Gel is not for long hair. By the way, NOM ANOR, you've got some awesome hair. Mine can get kinda long (it's quite thick), but not like a surfer dude or anything, so I just keep it thickish but short. How great would that be. In all seriousness, I love hair. It's a natural accessory and I don't know whats up with all this shaven-head crap. Natural hair ftw. In summer i grow it out, but my school won't let me keep it, so I have to get it cut when they yell at me for it being too long. In college, I'm going to get Robert Plant hair, to the exact strand. All it does it get more curly, which the ladies seem to love! It all depends on the shape of someones face or head. If you grow your hair for something like lochs of love, I applaud you and you should grow it as long as its comfortable for you. I have short hair(by my definition) it does not hang off my head and what not although if I do put a little strip of black tape or the end of a comb I greatly resemble Hitler, but Hitler is such a copy cat, my great-grandfather had that look before Hitler even applied for his fancy painting school. I saw this kid who was probably about 11 who had one. It... was.. bad. But some guys can really work long hair. It has to be combed and styled right though and have a manly look to it so people dont mistake them for girls or something. And as long as its clean, combed, and not greasy it's usually good with me.
