This thread is to create a list of most or all of the game content that has been added because of us players. I'm not aware of any game content that has been added because of suggestions. THere are so many suggestions, that it is impossible to be aware of them all. So even if Jagex implements player made suggestions, you as a player probably won't recognize it as such.
