They did it at barb assault/duel arena. :P I thought it was fixed a bit ago, something like Jagex changing the Blood runes ID in barb assault. o_o So it can't be sold.

June 13, 200917 yr I was just wondering around a bit in pvp when I see a level 109 skulled with wizard robes (g), blue mask, whip fury, and all that stuff... He didn't pray but I was only 100 combat, so I got a pouch, my vesta armor, claws and stuff... I rush him and kill him, here's the screenshot. Too bad this was too good to be true -.- ... I was like omg max bank loot, yeah right I only got bones and the kid could just pick his stuff up again, happens sometimes, guess he was sooooooo lucky and I'm sooooo unlucky. Here's the picture of him again with his stuff and he's unskulled. And now I'm like :( :( :( :( :( ...

So he fought someone else before you killed him.
