u have any idea how many people that would piss off :P lol they wouldnt be able to say like i got all right,left,or center collums 99 anymore :S

 

 

 

It's a good idea but they're really cramped together :-X

KNowing the way things have been going and how the skills interface has been upgraded in almost 7 years this is most likely what will happen with skills interface. ( Note the Summon skill symbol will be different. That was just thrown together as a placeholder for the skill. )

you see that little open space near the bottom? i think they're gonna put it there.
What little open space? Are you looking at the same menu I bet they'll do a

That looks perfect.

 

 

 

It does look pretty good.

 

 

 

Thing is... They can't go for much longer sqaushing our total level into an ever smaller space. They might as well completely re-work the inferface now to accomodate for more skills rather than continuously putting it off.

 

 

 

Eh, I'm sure they can procrastinate this for 1 last update ::'

They knew summoning was coming out soon so why bother putting so much effort in to it if you're going to change it after 2 months?

 

 

 

The most realistic approach would be to move total level out of the way and stick the skill there, the example given on the previous page was a perfect example of this.

If they were planning on re-doing it, then the changes for clan chat would have been done to be easily portable to a new interface wrapper. Of course, there is probably a greater than 50% chance that my thought earlier will be wrong ...

Attack, Strength, Defence, Hitpoints, Ranged, Magic, Prayer all in the "Style" window (where your Item name is if you have on equipped) and your Combat Level just under it.

 

 

 

Your "Skills" (non-combat raised) where they are now, with an extra few spaces for new-upcoming skills, along with your total xp and total level in larger boxes.

This one's my favourite out of all the suggestions. I think the other design is, as many have said, far too cramped-looking. Maybe they'll shrink the icons a bit vertically, to give room for another row at the bottom instead of another column, in which our total levels/experience will go?

This would make more since and would be cool just to finally seperate the skillers and the combat driven people

I reckon summoning will replace the total level box, and total lvl will slide in at the bottom.

 

 

 

They may have to squueze together or editthe other boxes though...

Like that but as Krisc6 said you could probably take off 2 pixels from the bottom of each box without touching the skill image leaving 16 more pixel spaces at the bottom for Total Level to fit in.
