A great update indeed :), especially the Clan War minigame, it is very fun and addictive at the same time :roll:.

I dont like the idea of this new trading system.

obviously to some exetreme but the idea is there, if i wanted to lend my friend a 90k weapon i personally think i should be allowed, im not saying that we shouldnt abolish this idea altogether just tweak it a little bit.

Also i don't see the need of pking being abandoned, i thought it was what gave runescape the edge over other games back when i first started playing and i'm sure many others had the same feeling (and no bounty hunter doesn't really cut it for me, sorry)

I'm one of the adults who play, and I've just muddled along, leveling up my skills gradually. I don't do pk and I don't often venture into the wilderness, being a wuss at heart. My son pays for my membership, and I like having the members' skills. I haven't done a lot of trading and done zero dueling. Mostly I've made my money, modest as my four and a half million is, by killing things and picking up the drops, along with picking up drops that other players don't want. (I've been compulsive about that.)

 

 

 

So far, I'm likin' the changes. But I'm not an old player of RS. I've only been playng just over a year.

 

 

 

I do love the added bank space. I'm sure I'll filll it, but it's a big help to me so far. I have yet to use the marketplace, but I suspect I will soon enough.

 

 

 

So as far as I'm concerned, it's all good. I'm sorry the pk-ers feel deprived. I'm sorry the stakers feel deprived. But as I've never used any of that, I don't miss it in the least, and still find plenty to do that keeps me busy and happy.

I don't really like the update, nor do i "hate" it. Guess I'll just sit over here and adapt... Like with all the other updates.

First of all i like as theres no more bots. I can no longer make a decent profit through RCing but yew and d bone prices are huge now :D

 

 

 

Second of all i have always hated pures for some reason... mostly i just find them incredibly annoying with l33t talking but i mean no offence to high level pures who know how to spell

 

 

 

Third of all people now can only get buyable skills through actuly skilling... i will definitely be se saying congratulations to someone who achieves 99 Construction, Prayer, Herblore etc etc through actuly skilling... not buying low selling high stuff.

 

 

 

All in all i like it... it seems to put everyone on equal footing. The only problem really is Monster hunting know but i think they will put some system into place where drops can be split evenly.

Yes I also agree with the new updates. I was in f2p Lumby just now and not a bot in sight, something not seen since RSC! And in response to the original post, yes, I did really enjoy clan wars

it's a great update for people that play the game; not so much for people that leech off people that play the game; and if it were up to me, i'd give the people that persist in threatening to quit and trying to drag down others a helping hand; a stat wipe, bank wipe, and a referral to games that they can exploit/play; not this one. =D>

update is great except for the part that you can give/lend friends stuff :(

I did enjoy it for a time until i tried to play bounty hunter and all it has to offer is a group of 80s+ ( im 97) at one corner atting me. so i hated the fact that i couldnt move becasue i got piled by 7 people.... nice mini game go in stand for 6 seconds and die :\

they have taken away most of the combat part of the game. Before you used to gain str range mage and att lvls to go pking. Know it dose not matter waht skills you have as long as you have a team :wall:
