Skull
Someone should go to the Jagex office and talk to the staff in person. If the company disallows visitors, then maybe wait outside until some Jagex staff member comes out? Now that sounds interesting...If I lived in London I probably would of already done that... Actually, if I lived in London, I would of tried to work for Jagex by now. I thought Jagex HQ was located in Cambrigde? Most americans think 'London' IS 'England' Or maybe he/she simply meant london was near it.. kindof.. so.. could visit there. Passing through london? I live near cambridge myself and meet friends there sometimes. To the OP, I am suprised you even got an auto message. Can we NOT start making stereotypes about Americans, however "true" they may be..? Jagex has three buildings, and I believe one of them is in London, and I'm yet to meet ANYONE who thinks London is England. Oh, and your title says snal, not snail : Edit: Taken from Jagex.com [bleep] the law, they can eat my dick that's word to Pimp

Beaumonde
That sucks man - and I wouldn't be waiting for a snail mail letter if I were you. I could bet you money they aren't sending you anything other than that automated reply. Stat Progress | Stat Averages | Stat Records

They based 'River Lum' in lumbridge on the River Cam in Cambridge btw. I went there and it's quite similar in looks too :) Currently not active on RuneScape. Grand_Overlord_Mly
Actually, there's a difference. "Town" is usually used to describe smaller, less populated living areas, whereas "City" is used to describe bigger, more populated ones.

Get a hobby, and stop wasting your time on insignificant things. OT - Of course you didn't get any questions answered, as far as i could tell, your letter contained no questions. You were just kissing their [wagon], then you told them to listen to the players.
number1short
Lol, I hate when they just send automated messages. Especially when they don't have anything at all to do with your question. Doesn't help you at all. Once I asked them something and that happened. So I resent it to see if something different would appear. The reply says something about that they can't read the messages because it was around the holidays because they were too busy.

I wrote to them about salve amulets and got a lecture about rwt'ers -.-Heh. Seems as though Jagex's obsession with RWTs has manifested itself in more then ONE way... If the CORPORAL beast is this hard, imagine how hard a GENERAL or COLONEL beast would be. a corporal is not even an admirable rank in armies that use that ranking system. Yeah, it is a pking minigame, so any arguments anybody makes will probably be biased. The best way this will end :Everybody just says,"I'm not arguing with you anymore, goodbye."The worst way this will end: I don't really know, psychological warfare? Grand_Overlord_Mly
It would be nice if they did, but the sad part is, if they hireda sufficient amount of people to answer even the smallest noticeable fraction of messages sent to them, they wouldn't be able to support all of those servers. We'll just have to either suck it up, or quit playing the game.
swordwarior
I don't expect them to send you a letter, be happy you got anything. Just think of all the messages they get a day from people asking stupid things, and now with the rwt updates they're getting even more. I would guess there's even people messaging them about automated messages.

And so you received an automated message, what did you honestly expect to get? An actual response?! They only do that when they loose a bet! Pretty much what Dragon said.Thread terminated.I guess that means I'm the thread Terminator? No Tip.Iters were harmed in the making of this post.
