ThurinEthir
24 was awesome in the first 4-5 seasons. Season 6 was nothing new, it was way too predictable and not the excellent show I loved. I hear that season 7 will be completely different...Hopefully it is. Otherwise, Monk and Psych used to be my favorite shows. I find Psych to be funnier, as it fits my sense of humor more. Monk's humor is more sophisticated, but it's still a good show. And there's also House, which is eh. I'm not a big fan of medical things but I still find interest in it. lady_m
- BBC's Robin Hood I highly recommend this excellent modern BBC adapation of the classic legend. Well, it's certainly worth seeing Richard Armitage in a full-black leather ensemble. Full of swashbuckling action, clever plots, anachronic costuming and extraodinary sets and scenery... This is a fantastic drama. Nothing like Robin Hood: Men in Tights or the frankly poor Prince of Thieves with Kevin Costner as the "American" Robin Hood. Very serious drama. - NBC's 30 Rock Sassy, funny. Very sharp self-conscious comedy. Alec Baldwin is great in this late-night (in Aus) comedy. "Come back. Come back to me." rushrock
I really recommend Scrubs to anyone who appreciates quality programming. I don't really know how to describe it. It's funny, it's serious, it's just awesome. it has everything really. I can almost guarantee an instant "omg i love this show" response from anyone. Some episodes I recommend: My First Day My Old Lady My Tuscaloosa Heart My Old Man My Overkill My Porcelain God My Screw Up My First Kill My Life In Four Cameras Just to name a few, honestly. Just a few.
yomom1919
Arrested Development by far, some of the most brilliant comedy ever created. Too bad fellow Americans were too dumb for it and settled instead for blatant sexually-themed canned laughter comedy.

warri0r45
South Park MythBusters Sienfeld Chasers War on Everything The war on everything is bloody hilarious. Probably best if you're an Aussie though, it heavily references and parodies our politics. Anyway I'm sure there's other TV series that I like but can't remember. Intriguing
How has no one mentioned the Mighty Boosh? That show is freaking hilarious. Anyway: The Mighty Boosh Veronica Mars Family Guy American Dad Scrubs The Office (US, I hate the UK one for some reason.) Chaser's War on Everything Summer Heights High--Way too overquoted, but still great. I'm a bit iffy on Scrubs though. I used to love it, but.. the 6th season. The only remotely funny episode in that season was the musical, and that was only funny because of the "guy love" scene. It's gotten really lame. I hope season 7 is better. Also, from what I've seen, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Outrageous Fortune are pretty good. Haven't seen enough of them to really know though. Cool.
