January 13, 200818 yr Atk, str, or def. You don't need anything to get 'em up. Just it helps to have armour and weapons to speed up training.

January 13, 200818 yr i am getting my firemaking from 61 to 99. i spent 3,300,000gp on 142,000 willow logs at 22gp each from grand exchange. my firemaking is now 63 and it is fairly fast to get it up. [/bads]

You should seriously considering buying maples instead they're insanely cheap now with MTK and as an estimate you're probably going to need 40-50k less of them. If you do willows you will be seriously annoyed you didn't do maples instead when you have those 40k-ish willows left to go. And if you do maples you have to spent the double amount of GP as you do with willows but you save 1/3 of time - it's your choice. [404] Signature not found.

Agility is fast, you can get like 50k an hour. People have done 92-99 in 2 weeks.
January 13, 200818 yr Cooking is the fastest and easiest of the buyables. You will spend about 5m to get 99. (On average) Firemaking is the cheapest of the buyables. You will spend about 3m with willows or 5m with maples. (Maples are the way to go TBH) --- For those who are arguing. 99 mining, slayer and farming are among the longest 99's to get. Runecrafting would be fourth on my list of long 99's. Apparently, my signature was to big.
January 13, 200818 yr The cheapest is by far Firemaking, but there is NO profit. The other cheapest is possibly Cooking, cause you can sell your stuff back. Fletching, i don't know, cause i don't it.
January 13, 200818 yr Cooking is a AFK skill so it is relatively easy but it costs about 5-7mil minimum to get. Fletching is AFK'able but not as much as cooking is as stringing 14 bows is relatively quick. Firemaking is not AFK'able at all and costs around 5mil with maples. Out of those Firemaking would get the most respect as it requires alot of concentration, thats why less people have it than Cooking or Fletching. But why go for a easy 99? The only easy 99 that gets somewhat respect is Firemaking. You would get more abuse than praise for having either a Cooking or Fletching cape. Personally i would get a cape i would be proud of that requires alot of work to get, but thats just my opinion. Good luck on whatever 99 you choose.

Its averagley easy, fishing spot moves, a bit from a bank but that's it. Then comes cooking, 3rd cheapest, thE easiest. ever. ever.ever. EVER. Then firemaking, 2nd cheapest, hard, boring, makes you want to live on the southpole.
