so summoning will boost your combat to 138. currently the max crater you can go into is 100-126 wat happens when ur 127? you cant go into BH? im not sure what will happen, but i am pretty sure they will make new rules and hopefully new craters. i am not sure though because more craters means less people in each one. Jagex, on a mission to kill gold trading will most likely make the 100-126 into 100-138, which is very unfair. i can see how they think a 55 can defeat a 100 in the middle crater, so obiously they really dont care that much about pking.

Only thing i can see is making a new portal , hopefully like 100-126 then 115-138 or something like that.

Don't panic ! I'm sure Jagex has thought alot about how Summoning will affect alot of things.

 

They could either raise the levels of Bounty Hunter or make it so you cannot bring Summoned creatures in BH or cannot Summon then inside BH.

 

 

 

The same could also be said about Dueling. They could make an option for No Summoning Duels.

 

 

 

I'm sure there will also be places where No Summonuing is allowed, like GodWars, maybe Dagg Kings, etc.

I can't wait to see what my 99 summoning monster can do to all those 1 itemers :twisted:

Or at least an 'anti-lure' creature. :P

They will either add in a new cave, and adjust all other levels (3-45, 40-85, 80-110, 105-138 as an example) or just bump up the 126-138.

Actually the third crater is 100+ Not really any need to change it.

maybe u can only use summonoing in the new up and coming 1 vs 1 option.

Who said the highest crater is 100-126? Firstly, anyone that can enter is actually 95-126. Secondly, it was listed by Jagex as 95+, not a limit of combat on the upper end of the scale.

I love how everyone seems to assume that summoning won't be able to be used in any place where it might be useful for combat.

 

 

 

(Forgetting for a second this is JAGEX we're talking about, who have done some less than intelligent things in the past)

 

Why would Jagex create a new skill that is (at least half) combat based and not let it be used for combat?

 

 

 

If they do I have a hunch the headline would be, "Jagex shoots self in foot with new update. Many disappointed, few surprised.

strangely i had 43 prayer last when i tried to pk ... it was pretty useful. maybe -50% dmg isnt so great in your opinion ...
