I don't mind spamming. Usually, I love it as there is only a certain skill level you can obtain from spamming. Pikachu also has good airs, (never see you shnair/shdair) qac, combos, spacing, chaingrabs, ect. Just try it, it works. I lost the first two rounds, and then decided to go to Lucas as he was my old main, and I won the last three matches. Great games, you almost had me there for a sec. Zeddude, I'm coming for ya! Yeah, that final match I had the advantage. And no you didnt suicide. I edgegaurded you to death so it was legitimate ;) Well we both suicided so...... it evens out I guess. I still main Peach, but being the observant guy I am I noticed a Lucas main, and Peach isn't that great against projectiles. So I decided against using her for this match. I picked Pit for his shield, which didnt do cabbage so I went to Lucas, as I still can own with him, no matter who says I am better with other characters. Toad isnt the best counter you know.... Lucas's is way better as it heals me, and atleast Pit's reflects them. You've already taken away one of his better moves (Forward-B). Olimar has the best projectile in the game, but Falco comes in second. However, his shine does make up for it.
