I have 5-6 really good friends who I talk to all the time. Also my clan of randomness. When in the ClanChat, it's just random stuff. Very funny. We also go to GWD together. :P

At the moment, no one. I used to play with online friends but they haven't logged on in ages so I'm alone right now. sigh :(

I don't hang out with in-game friends much. I Advocate Online Literacy and they... don't. Even the RP server fails to do its intended job.

i dont tend to train w/ anyone. i talk to alot of ppl but even me and my rl friend that plays dont train(or even meet) in game to often.

I don't talk much in public chat, but I normally have 2 or 3 clan chats to keep up with, along with being active in 3-4 IRC channels, being a clan leader, and talking to normal in-game friends, so I'm talking constantly to some pretty good friends for a lot of the time

i did have some close friends, but since i came back i guess they all either deleted me or quit lol...

I have a few friends that i met a long time ago. And i am still really good friends with them. I even talk to them about IRL stuff like my GF and other random junk. :D

I used to play with a real life friend of mine, but he quit a while back. Now I mostly play on my own. There are some people who I talk and do other stuff with, but I find it hard to call them my friends since I don't actually know them.

for those people looking to make a lot of freinds and be social there's tons of people here at tip that are so, hang with them i guess.

 

 

 

im a high lvl that cant stand most other high lvls. i mean really bad. so if i see someone training in void armour with a saradomin sword and a prayer cape i'm going to change worlds. that btw is what the high lvl unpleasant ppl wear now. for the most part this is 99.9% accurate.

 

 

 

the tactics people have to aggravate you while you train are:

 

 

 

[hide=]they train next to you while you train, when there is more than sufficient space for them not to.

 

 

 

they get their drops then wait or change armour or something else that's annoying, until you've killed the 1 you're fighting then they attack the 1 next to you. so you have to span the map just to find 1 to kill everytime. that gets annoying. this used to be the situation at abyssal demons around the time whips were 4.6 or something. certain spots in rs remind me of that type of situation. i refuse to train with these players.

 

 

 

these are the same people btw that stand around and train in edge bank. making comments like, "i'm bored" "me too". really what they're saying is:

 

 

 

i need to find someone to annoy so i wont be bored.

the answer is: i'll train with anyone that is respectful of my "personal space" when training. as for friend list, its usually turned off; i have no shortage of people wanting me to add them but tbh runescape is kind of a thing i do that is for relaxing and when i turn messages on its not relaxing. for better or worse, i try to find spots where i'm not going to have to answer a million questions. though, i have nothing against people that ask questions, in fact that's 1 of the best things about runescape meeting new players and helping people out, just sometimes i want to for example smelt steel bars or whatever and not have to type etc. fremmenik area would be nicer if everytime i smelted there, there wasnt someone there asking for help with the quest. there literally is someone there asking for help with the quest most anytime i'm there. which for me takes away from what i want to do there. anyway... so i tend to avoid training smithing there; there's your cause and effect.

 

 

 

so i'm not the most social player but i'm also not a unpleasant player if i find a situation is unpleasant i change worlds simple as that and i do try to help people if they ask for help. so, maybe that's part of the reason why.

 

 

 

i tend to appreciate those that put effort into things, so, those are the type of people i associate with or at least tolerate. i dont care for cheats or merchants. merchants are just a blemish now; unneeded due to the ge being there; so if they persist in merchanting they do more negative then positive for the game and i dont care for that at all. and cheats are people that i dont care for either. -.-

Heh heh. I don't remember the last time I turned any of my chats to "friends" or worse. Whenever I do, I always feel like I'm missing out on something.

 

As for who I play with... well, there's this one friend I have. I basically got him as a friend when he was just a newb - I felt like giving away some of the junk I smithed. Then he wanted to be friends with me so I was like "Why not." Since then, I've quitted 3 times and came back so many times (though the quittings were much, much longer), and now he is a member who by the way owns me in everything except, well, f2p skills :) (MINING, fishing, crafting, grammar :lol: )

Thanks. Yeah I know, I deliberately made the bg color pink and girly to annoy my friends (the ones whose pics are there). ;)

I usually play on my own, the only person I really regularly talk to is my cousin & we're usually on the same world so we can get each other out of any scrapes if we need to. Usually him helping me. All my other friends have been RL friends who quit. I dunno, I find it quite hard to connect with people on RS cos most of the time when I add someone they either beg me for stuff, or don't really talk at all. I have met a few cool friends on there but they've slowly dropped out and I usually do skills and stuff that don't really involve much talking. Or there aren't many talkative people around. But I don't mind.
