Yeah. Learning how to touch women (and learning how to overcome your fear of doing so) is non-negotiable. If you get into the habit of touching women you're interested in, you're instantly miles and miles ahead of every other guy in the world... because most men are [kitties], and women don't like [kitties] :P

 

Anyways, the only way to get over a fear like that is to simply do it despite being afraid. The more you do it, the less afraid you'll be... and the more you'll actaully enjoy doing it because your body will have learned that women enjoy being touched so you'll enjoy touching them.

 

If you want to make that first step more bearable, take cold showers, lift heavy weights, and don't masturbate for a full week. When your testosterone is higher than normal and your mind is full of sex thoughts, suddenly you'll be a lot more willing to take risks and touch them :P

 

Also, it only really works if you touch them right off the bat. When I first meet a girl on a date, I try to immediately grab her hand and lead her to where we'll be sitting. In the past, sometimes I'd wait like 30 minutes into the date to start touching them. That's when they'd feel uncomfortable with it.

 

It's also easier to touch people when you're drunk, though I wouldn't really recommend that since IME the perks of my drunk persona take a very long time with many repeated experiences to transfer over to my sober persona.
