I wouldn't be surprised if war is the thing that ends the human race Through war humans could still survive. Underground bunkers, people cut off from general civilisation, people in such could survive. Even through a nuclear war we could prevail as a species I believe. We have the technology for cloning currently, and it could probably be made cost effective long before infertility is an issue. An asteroid would hamper us, but not kill all of us. Hell, we could probably destroy or deflect the asteroid, as we would be able to know many years in advance if it would hit us. Good point, it's hard to be supreme ruler of something that doesn't exist. Also, if anything bugs him, it will probably be free will. I heard he doesn't like that.
