I got an award for getting excellence in Biology, Physics, Mathematics and Accounting. A little bit disappointed because I wanted to get Chemistry too, but I guess it doesn't really matter. There was a senior at our school who was openly homosexual and the students and staff accepted him and loved him. He went onto college, was bullied, and he committed suicide. A super-religious neo-Nazi group protested outside of our school, saying that the student was "a [bleep] who was burning in hell". Now, there was a teacher from another school who died a few days ago, and that same group is going to protest her funeral because she "taught rebellion in school instead of God's law". Freaking sick group. And it's sad, because some of the people in those protests are parents brainwashing their kids to hate anyone who isn't a white Christian. At least they were showing Phineas and Ferb on the TV so it wasn't all that bad. Plus I saw a guy carrying a pistol.
