Goddamn it.

Many believe that the 1980 eruption of Mt. Saint Helens was a catostrophic geological event, in reality it was the day that Jimi Hendrix returned to Earth from the next world and actually stood up next to a mountain and chopped it down with the edge of his hand.

Man, been a while since I saw something that broke the site's formatting.

My skin is finally getting soft
I'll scrub until the damn thing comes off

Damn that hangover is tough. And it is still going!

Decided against driving to my grandparents' place in this condition with stupid slippery roads about.

So I've noticed this thread's regulars all follow similar trends.

RPG is constantly dealing with psycho exes.

Muggi reminds us of the joys of polygamy.

Saq is totally oblivious to how much chicks dig him.

I strike out every other week.

Kalphite wages a war against the friend zone.

Randox pretty much stays rational.

Etc, etc

This thread is now Last One to Post Wins v3

I'm going to milk Goon's teats

Alright, this is going to be my last post for a week, and we'll see if I win.

Alright, what do you fine adults on here do to keep yourselves busy? On Christmas break from school and while I've survived 2 weeks now I'm running into the same problem I always do, without school/work I've just got too luch time.

Maybe I just need more hobbies, but literally my current routine is to wake up between 9 and 10, stay in bed until close to 12 just playing on my phone. Finally crawl out of bed and shower/eat. Video games, read, or watch Netflix until 6-7 then grab supper. After that back to the previous activities, go to bed around 1 or 2, rinse and repeat.

I'm going slowly insane for want of stuff to do and always find myself in this predicament when I've got too much free time. This post is literally because it can kill a few minutes to type and hopefully start a conversation.

My buddy is home from being stationed 8 states away (Army Calvary) so I expected to get real [bleep]ing drunk but he gave up after beer #5 and now I'm just laying on my couch trying to not wake up my girlfriend and I'd be remiss to not admit I feel disappointed.

@bonez find a series to binge. I just finished rewatchhing Brooklyn 99. Good shit. Also I watched almost the whole second season of Runaways. It still is not a good show

People always say that the later seasons aren't as good but honestly the "caricature" features start to present themselves as early as season 4 (i rewatched the series a few months ago). I still maintain that the last season is as strong as the first, people just didn't like that Steve Carrell bailed. If anything, the series got better the longer it went on. Plus the writers gave us beautiful shows later on such as;

Parks and Rec

The Good Place

SuperStore

Brooklyn 99

And at least one other I'm forgetting that's gold

I bought a nintendo switch this summer to keep at my parents’ house in my hometown. I bought mario odyssey and breath of the wild. I figured I’d appreciate the games more if it takes me years to complete the 100+ hours of gameplay over the course of several years instead of just binge-ing it in a month. Also havent played any nintendo games since 2003 so I wanted to see if they’re still the same quality as when I was a kid

Go out. Reconnect with old mates, go window shopping, go hiking, if possible. Hiking in the winter wonderland is amazing.

Next time, we make the Eagles lose too.

My blog here if you want to check out my Times articles and other writings! I always appreciate comments/feedback.

I never really liked the Michael Scott character. He was amusing, but I often found myself wishing that he would interfere less in some of the other story arcs. I've never been able to watch the first season (because Scott is malicious instead of just clueless), and the last two are probably my favourite overall (though many of my favorite episodes are from earlier seasons). Jim (John Krasinski) was always my favorite (I like Steve Carel too, in other stuff, espeically Get Smart). Really like him in the Jack Ryan show.

oh shit the admins hide goon quick

Haha can't stop St. Nick!

I'll admit now that Saints are 100% winning the Superbowl this year, but watching Foles come to the rescue again is so much fun
