June 2, 201115 yr I was thinking about getting my bike license too, but I'm a bit concerned about becoming a spot on the road. People are so [bleep]ing stupid when driving and motorbikes are invisible to too many people. My mate died when someone ran a red light, which doesn't help.

She's a force to be reckoned with when she gets mad so I'll wait till I meet her demands. I saw a guy run a red light today, if the cars that had the green light weren't having to go up the hill to reach the intersection he would have t-boned one of them. My dad has got his, cost quite a bit and he had to put in a few hundred hours of pure flight time. And the theory, you have to attend a bunch of classes, both for VFR, FI, IR, NVFR, and ... yeah.
