Does this happen to you, I find to many arrogant school children in Primary schools annoying everyone. When have you been hated,Everyday like me Or much less. "Hounding" to me means begging, and that's not hate more like...jealousy (?). Anyway... not everyone's a school child. You're just unlucky. People have flamed me, sometimes rightfully so about my stupidity, but other times just because I pwnt them and they're jealous. But other times, I've met really nice mature people. Come to some TET events, lots of mature poople there :P . And finally, if you want to meet the mature people of RuneScape, stay away from bounty hunter . At greater demons I was killing a greater and another one spawned, the other guy there ran to kill it but got attacked by a wild dog. He had just started killing the dog, so I attacked the greater. He then called me a noob for "stealing his kill." I didn't really know what to think here, but I noticed he had been there longer than me and was still having the dogs attack him, so I told him my trick for avoiding them. He then promptly flamed me and told me not to talk to him. I mean srsly, wtf!? :wall: I guess, seeing as there are so many people playing MMORPGs you're likely to run into a few people who hate you/drive you to hate them. Primary school kids? i bet your in high school lol (not thats theres a problem with that) high schools blame primary schoolers kids in college blame high schoolers adults blame kids its a vicious cycle and tbh there are annoying people in all groups really, Theres a fine line between not listening and not caring,I like to think I walk this line every day. Pinning blame on Jagex is like trying to put pants on an old man. You both know he needs them, but he'll just keep dancing around, avoiding them at all costs. I don't know why, but no one ever bothers me, or calls me a "Noob". Sure there are the annoying people who pm me because they want to be my friend, but other than that no one is rude or arrogant. I think once you slap on bunny ears and a scythe you get much more respect in this game than most people would. Maybe these "kids" we speak of think I am a J-Mod when I wear holiday items : . IDK. Another possibility for the lack of immaturity in my eyes is that I don't give people a reason to talk back to me. If someone is in a spot training I will switch worlds. Unfourtunatly, despite all the amazing social opportunities MMOs have to offer, they're still filled with all sort of scourges, ranging from 3 year olds with a dictionary, 3 year olds without a dictionary, idiots, morons, wanna-be mods, toasters, dinner, world events, world PvP, PvP worlds, high quest requirments, idiots, infrequent updates, haters, fictional diseases, poor combat systems, poor crafting systems, poor typing systems, poor existing systems, and idiots. Note that not all of this applies to runescape, just mainly the idiots. But seriously, anyone that criticizes you because of your standing in a GAME is an idiot. Can be looted to obtain a variable item and reobtain the imp jar. If you are insane, it can instead be exchanged for impling jars from Elnock Inquisitor.
