The Northern Asgarnia Penguin (Ice Mountain Penguin to most) I got in the CHOAS ALTAR by Goblin Village, NOT at Ice Mountain. Meanwhile, I found an Al-Kharid Penguin in the Kebab Shop. I would not trust these general statements people give about it being only in this place. They wander a lot and can teleport around their area. I would recommend covering the ENTIRE area, and not just, say, around the Oracle. ~It's Super Effective!
