BlueLancer
People who are not open-minded in OT debates at all. If you know something for a fact, fine. Argue your [wagon] off. but if you have just an opinion based on very little, at least think about what the other side is saying. It may change your mind on some things, and you'll be smarter for it! My point is if you are going to reply like a broken record, don't waste your time. If you aren't open-minded, why should you expect the other person to be? But what if your opinion isn't as valid? Tbh just saying an opinion is an opinion is just stupid. It has to be a good one. /facepalm /facepalm /facepalm tbh. imo tbh. lulz ... [/sarcasm] I occassionally still read stuff (mostly on other forums) about science, math, etc... Which cancels out my earlier beliefs. Do I change my opinion? Hell yes... If there are verifiable facts that prove I was wrong. Refusing to believe obvious, proven facts indicates mental retardation or overly pronounced stubbornness... You don't benefit from living in a lie. Or is it an ego issue? If you have been wrong about something, accept it and move on. If the other person presented you with irrefutable evidence to the contrary, you were wrong. Only objective observation can lead to understanding reality. Objectivity does not mean "I can't be wrong".
Michael
Severely overweight people who order 2 quarter pounders, a sausage and egg McMuffin, a triple cheeseburger, 2 soft serves and a LARGE DIET PEPSI. Oh that's fine, it's a Diet Pepsi... What gets me is females who are quite clearly not in need too watch calories, but do so. Although it doesn't make me face palm, more of just a what are you doing expression.

deloriagod
People who will take a shot at a product, then go be a fanboy, mindless consumer, or whatever else you'd like to call them of another product. I'd like to /facepalm until I bleed. The topic about the iPod is going to turn into a bunch of hypocrites dissing iPods then dumping the same amount of money on a different MP3 player. It sickens me to think these people are so easily controlled. Internet Marketing For Newbies
Kenshinjapan
Sure, it might have additives in it, and artificial sweetener, but that is a small price to pay if you are not going to be putting on weight. Besides, obese people aren't the only ones that drink that stuff. I am really healthy myself, and I always drink products that have the 'diet' label on them. I don't won't to risk putting on weight. /facepalm  Anyways, nothing really makes me /facepalm. To be honest, I've only used the word twice (and both are in this post :ohnoes: ). YOU! Evaluate
look at it this way. If you drink diet soda, you can have regular cake (5 points for the reference) I think I'm the first to know that it's a reference from Gabriel Iglesias: Hot and Fluffy. : Anyway, the only thing I #-o to is my own stupidity. Ouchy
Telemarketers in general. Argh, I hate them... The second they say what company they are from I just hang up on them, or keep pressing random buttons on the phone. My mum has here own little trick. She keeps telling them that she is deaf and cannot hear them, so they eventually just hang up. About the title, maybe change it to "Your "Facepalm" Moments"? It would make it easier to understand for people. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages. revanlives
had one in homeroom. two girls were talking about one of their boyfriend's, and she was getting all upset because he had cheated on her, again. 1st time he did, she was telling how he slept with another girl but she forgave him that time since he was drunk and promised afterwards he would never get drunk enough for that to happen again. now she said over last weekend he went to a party with alcohol and her friends say he slept with some girl but she said when she confronted him he claimed not to remember any of the party. now she apparently doesn't know whether or not to hold him accountable since he doesn't remember if he slept with her or not. people like that almost make me ashamed to be a girl.
