I guess im not so social with friends online. someone just explain what this is please #-o They are programs that allow you to talk (ie. literally using your voice) to other people over the internet. It's like doing a huge conference call over the phone, except you use your computer. People use them when communicating by typing is too slow/difficult due to being preoccupied in-game; the main group of 'scapers that use these programs is people who participate in clans. I've personally used TS in every clan I have been in, although I know of quite a few people who swear Vent is better.
September 23, 200817 yr Vent all the way. Simply because on TS its turn EVERYONE up or down. Causing you to not hear one person, and lose hearing from another. Vent has it so you can specifically lower or raise a person volume. :thumbsup:
September 23, 200817 yr I dont use either of them for rs but occasionally when playing other games I use Vent---None of my friends have TS so I hav'nt even tried it :|

September 23, 200817 yr Skype should have been an option, not just "other". A lot of people use it without thinking that it belongs with TS/Vent. I prefer Skype over TS simply because you don't get cut off if more than one person speaks at the same time. You're accusing me of bigotry, how ironic. September 23, 200817 yr Does Tip.It have a vent server? They used to have an unofficial Ventrillo one I think, then the guy had to shut down the server. Also, at one point there was a teamspeak, same thing happend (These were both unofficial).
