Str or attack - Which do you find more useful?

So basically, if you have an account, with similar strenght and attack, for instance 93att and 93str.

 

Which of those you would boost up first, to 99, and of course, for the skillcape??

Attack. I don't really know why, though. I'd probably just train them both on controlled.

Well if they were both at 93, then I'd probably go for 99 attack, seeing as I'd rather hit more often then hit a couple a little bit higher.

It's best to train Str first because you hit harder, so train your str to 99 then train attack and defence :)

I got 99str so i can train att easier and not also not to have to use d skimy also lol =P

I'd kept strength 8-15 lvls higher than attack; now after I became a whip addict for a short time I figured it'd be best to leave att at 85 and get 99 str :D

Its better to hit more often than hit a bunch of 0s followed by a high number.

yeah but hitting often low numbers is as good as hitting those highs every so often. i like att more but str is very useful too.

Oh, I wasnt trying to say strength was useless lol but its been proven that hitting accurate is a lot better than hitting random high numbers.

Train attack to 99 first. More medium hits are better than a few high hits

I got 99 strength, and hitting huge hits is fun and all, but it's not as helpful as attack.

go for str. u can show off ur str much more than ur attack. u hit a high hit and ppl go wow. sometimes ppl dont see how accurate u hit. i would do str because ppl wow more over higher hits.

it depends really. attack causes more consistant hits, and strength has higher hits. Example: with 99 attack 1 str you would hit 2's and 3's pretty much every time.

 

with 99 str 1 attack, you would hit 30's every 6 or so hits.

how do u figure 30 with only a bronze 2h at best?

Guesses and opinions about whether accuracy or strength are better are useless. There's no replacement for hard statistics.

 

 

 

And from what I've heard, strength usually beats accuracy. Void range can kill things as strong as black dragons faster than range-attack boosting equipment. This only goes to a certain extent, of course.

 

 

 

As for whether it would be better to have 99 attack or 99 strength, both of them would be much better than one or the other ;)

I like attack more, as I'd rather hit a medium amount always, than a high amount sometimes.

well if str and attack are both at 93... do strength for sure. as 93 attack is enough to keep fairly consistant hits.. and 99 str makes everything so much easier.

 

 

 

like 70k str capes cant be wrong :P
