Where did you read that he "told her a lie?" well she doesn't quite know what she's guarding. so one way or another he lied to her about what shes guarding Or Guthix simply said: 'this is a holy site, don't let the unworthy in... please'. That way, he didn't lie and Juna still didn't know what she was guarding exactly. Due to my epic stats, I have now started WGS (but I still hate spoilers). das
I did not recieve one of these guardian events. However I also have the armadyl pendant so I assume I will not get one? -.- If you sided with armadyl and killed lucien in the temple of ikow quest, you should get one. If you sided with lucien and took the staff of armadyl to him in the temple of ikow, you wont get one. The armadyl pendant is dropped by the armadyl guardians down in their hideout so even if you sided with lucien, its possible to get a pendant. :P I swear in classic I killed lucien, but the quest log shows me as siding with him. =\ "Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up, and shake off the existing government, and form a new one that suits them better. Greedy
I spotted the guardian of Armadyl on the cabbage patch north of Port Sarim on world 10 (free player). He came out of nothing and talked with him. I was totally overwelmed by that npc that i forgot to take a snapshot. Can someone tell me what is he? A new sort of random event? I'm never been member so i don't have expirience in member quests. Can someone answer me?

I'm never been member so i don't have expirience in member quests. Can someone answer me? Well if you can't be bothered to just read this topic, I'll explain it simple: There is a quest named Temple of Ikov. In this quest, a fellow named Lucien asks you to retrieve a special staff for him from a temple dedicated to the hero Ikov. After you've ventured deep into the dungeon, you meet a group of warriors loyal to the old, kinda unknown but good god Armadyl. You learn that Lucien is a bad man, and that the staff he wants is actually the Staff of Armadyl himself! Now you can choose: side with the Guardians of Armadyl and kill Lucien, or kill the Guardians, take the staff and give it to Lucien. The big news of the last few days is that if you've completed the quest, and you sided with the Guardians, you will suddenly see a messenger of Armadyl popping up, delivering a message from the leader of the Guardians, and then he dissappears again. This sparks speculations and discussions about a sequel to the Temple of Ikov Quest. I didn't get this thing. Also I sided against Lucien. What's up? You only get the message if you sided with the Guardians of Armadyl in the Temple of Ikov Quest, because the message is only meant for (friends of) Guardians of Armadyl. Check your Questlog maybe? Due to my epic stats, I have now started WGS (but I still hate spoilers).

Thats the whole piont, the story is completely unknown for me. I play on free worlds who i never left since i started playing (3+ years ago). The guardian is in my eyes a new sort of random event, because he is popping up like randoms do after some period of monotone work (i was doing that at that moment). As i see on pictures and also happened to me, the guardian is popping up in the Rimmington/Port sarim-area. One big difference with random event npc's, he is making up some buzz for a member quest. The letter he gave me is not opening a new quest, it's just a informing letter like you members also get. Maybe i should upgrade to membership. O well, that is just the mindtrick of Jagex... But thanks for your explanation Hippodo.

I believe it is after Mournings End 1, that a messenger from the king sends a NPC randomly to you later on (not during the quest) that informs you, you are able to start the next quest (Mournings Ending 2). So this is just proving that The Temple of Ikov will be a Pre-Req. to the huge quest, because part of the story line will be involved in it. Basically all it means is Lucien will be involved in this next quest, which we kinda already knew.

speedy1135
A couple Ancient Pages: 16.The Baxtorian Falls are well worth investigating, in my opinion, since water leaves the lake above this area yet none appears to flow into it. What could be the source of this quantity of water? 25....and I have lost my way in the accursed dungeon. The air is foul and bugs are everywhere...a noise from down the tunnel. There was a bell on the floor. Grasping the bell I rang it with all my might...it attacked me. 16. I always thought this was a mistake by Jagex, but i guess those guys are smarter than they look :geek: 25. bugs attack you in lumbridge caves when you don't have a lightsource. The ringing of the bell gets him attacked, this could be a Molanisk ALSO found in dorgesh-kaan/lumbridge dungeon. And that's all close to movario and the tears of guthix...
